Anyone else had trouble completing the form for Child Tax Benefits?

Does anyone have an idiots guide to completing the form?

I don't know why it is but I really struggle with Canadian government forms

Thanks I've got the guide as well but it doesn't apply to my situation as I am a new resident and my wife is a returning resident.
