Anyone apply OUTLAND PR application while IN Canada? Where do you send all your immigration documents? Do we have to courier back to our home country Canada High Commission? Please advice

I am considering to apply OUTLAND PR application while IN Canada. My question is which visa office should i send all the documents to? I am from Singapore.

Everything is sent to Mississauga. After sponsor approval, they will forward it to the visa office overseas.

If upon approval, they send to my home country visa office (Singapore), do i require to travel back there at all?

I found this on CIC website under OUTLAND, which one should i mail it to if i am currently IN Canada? Station B?

Yeah, that's a good question: applying outland but living in Canada and staying here throughout the application means sending it to Station A or B?
