Less chances but there have been rejections after caq also. Career progression and purpose of visit not clear are few of them.

Rejections happen in quebec even after caq and I had said it earlier without naming that career progression for going to cegep after graduation has less chances of approval. Some agent misguided you.

Do you even know the meaning of word 'rare'

Mann.aman with all due respect after Master's going for cegep is a sure No for visa. Whoever says its a minor mistake is
again pushing you in the same pit. Search for some Master's level course which you can justify why you want to do it in Canada.
