Anyone applied or planning to apply for GIC?

I sent mine too on 13 th feb.but no response so far,did u get same reply from the bank as i quoted below?anything else u received after submiting your application?.this bank is screwing me too much.Jasmohra said:

I have already applied and got the account details for Jan 2013 intake but due to personal reasons i have decided to join in May 2013 Intake and got the admission letter for the same.
I am planning to make GIC payment in 5-6 days. Do i need to send any mail to them since i joining for next intake instead of last intake or i can directly transfer the money.
I have sent the mail to them and waiting for their reply. Anybody have any idea regarding to this?

Hi,
Further to your query, you will have to resubmit a fresh application with all the documents once again as you have not deposited any funds and do not hold a GIC.
GIC applied using only the NEW APPLICATION FORM will be accepted.

I also have the same thought and that's why I have the sent the mail to them. In return i received the above response. I have discussed with my consultant and she told me to apply once again.Jasmohra said:
I have gone through the GIC policies and they said GIC money cannot transfer from other person account. I am planning to transfer money from my brother's account. Can i transfer money from bro's account or i have to transfer from my account only?
