bro u apply for gic for TRU Offer letter or concordia university.

Bro. for now I am applying for GIC and visa with TRU PG diploma course and at the same time i m applying for admission in concordia for second bachelor,if visa approved based on TRU offer letter and admission granted in concordia then i think i will switch to concordia (if i will be able to find source of money)

because yaar i don't have money to study 4 year degree course but incase if i got accepted then i will think about source of fund.

Yes, If you are applying through SPP.

thr is no such limit as far as i knw... but u get the gic cert only wen the process is complete..n obviously only thn cn u apply for the visa..
