Yes. I applied for a student visa for myself and a TRV for my wife. Even though I applied online, the file has probably been forwarded to the embassy in UAE. Applied on 30th January but havent heard from them yet.

Applying for Student visa do we need to fill the TRV form for principal applicant also or TRV only for spouse...!!

alright...good luck then...I am still not sure if we should be expecting a reply based on the processing time online or the processing time in UAE. Tried emailing the UAE embassy but the response was very vague.
