My husband shall be applying for student visa and i would be applying for open permit. Can you please confirm exactly which forms to fill for open work permit (currently using IMM 1295E). Also any additional documents that i would need to submit.
Also when you applied online did u dispatch the original documents along with the passport or scan copies were enough
