I applied for my study permit on May 25 through VAC in Saudi Arabia.

People applied from KSA, please share your application time and status.

I submitted paper application not online.
Still did not receive request to submit medical examinations.

the processing is pretty fast these days, my family got their visitor visa in 4 days
my brother got study permit in 10 days

so I would say you shouldn't wait too long

Really are you talking about abu dhabi?? That is unbelievable! I had applied on 2nd may through abu dhabi vfs and still no status changed

I think even paper goes to Abu Dhabi cuz they did not specify, they just said temporary residence visas. After applying at the VFS office they send you email with the tracking number, isn't it in Abu Dhabi?

Time in Abu Dhabi became 11 weeks... its gonna take alot of time, for me It's been almost 6 weeks and nothing changed so far in my application..

As per CIC website, visa office in Riyadh is responsible for handling temporary visa application in Saudi Arabia .. so they don't send the applications to Abu Dhabi.

I applied my study permit along with family TRVs on 21st of April (paper application) but unfortunately got refused. Decision came exactly in one month on 22nd of May.

From where did you apply?

When I track my application via VFS website I get the following message:

Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXX is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, RIYADH. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

Hi Dears,

I want to ask very important question.
If i apply to do my graduation from Canada, do I need to finish my current residence permit (Iqama), i mean in this case i need to apply from Paksitan.
Is it possible to apply study visa for Canada while keeping alive my current working visa of KSA?

One more thing, is there any business management university who doesn't require ielts until I reach there and study English language prior to my main course?
