Guys, a bad news for me :S :S
I have been refused. Its the first time I have been refused ever for any country. Below is the reason which I do not understand at all. I have been to Turkey, Spain, Italy and Greece in last 2 years and I am permanent resident in UK. Then I do not understand why they are not happy with my travel history
.... If someone has any advice what to do now? I dont know if I should reapply now as processing time gone higher up and it might not be in time IF they accept me the 2nd time.
Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
