Anyone applied for visitor Visa from UK in month of June or late May 2019

Now processing time updated to 45 on there site.

I have raise issue regarding my application on IRCC web forum. But always I get same reply from(Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) after 5days. Below mail highlighted in red

But I have applied online, How the application is still in london.
And on website the address which they have given that is of VFS global, which they say we don't handle online application.

One more question:-> As per my previous travel history I have traveled USA on H1B and then I went to India and I was in India for one year, now I in UK on work permit, is they going to take lot time to process my application, my home town is India.

Just looking for people who might have submitted UK visitor visa application in late May or Early June 2019. I had submitted on 1st of June and still waiting for online status to change from Currently processing

I have received update that they are reviewing my eligibility. Does anyone know what happens next as in how time approx we wait to hear from them from this stage?

Applied on 4th June. Received biometrics letter on 6th, submitted biometrics on 14th, background check is ongoing. My flights are booked for late August and I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Please give us an update if any of you guys get any news.

I am not sure - don't take my word for it - but if I am not mistaken, you might be close - it might take a few days (or more than that - the application might be sent around different offices for review depending on the complexity of your application e.g. applying from a foreign country apparently) for them to finish the eligibility review and following that, you will get an outcome of your application e.g. approved, need more documents, declined etc. If it gets approved, they might request your passport for stamping which might again take some time for it to be posted back.

I thought they haven't started looking my application but after your post, I checked my status and it appears that they are already reviewing my eligibility! It says 'We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.' as well!! It was something else on the line of eligibility review hasn't started and they will let me know when it does.

Did you receive an email about the update (eligibility review started) on your application?

Is your background check completed? Mine has been saying 'We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information'.

Processing time from Ireland has gone up from 23 days to 59 days over a span of ~1 month. Does anyone have any news?

Based on other people's timelines, the next step after review of eligibility update is receiving a correspondence letter. I'm glad to see that your applications have been updated. Hoping the same for mine to happen soon!

No I didn't! It was a bit of a surprise when I saw that yesterday. My visa got approved today (submitted biometrics on 5th June) and I received the correspondence letter and passport request as well.

I am Malaysian and I applied for a Visitor Visa from Ireland and my timeline is as follow:

3rd June - submitted Visitor Visa application
5th June - submitted biometrics
27th June - realised eligibility status changed to reviewing (didn't receive a message or email so it might have happened a day or two before)
28th June - visa approved, received correspondence letter and passport request

I have posted my passport now and I hope it will come as soon as possible so that I will be in Canada by the end of next week. Fingers crossed!!

You mean to say that below mentioned geenric message did not change and you got the visa? I applied on 10th June gave BioM on 14June and since then it is stuck on the nelow message. I wonder if they are going to tell me when they are reviewing my eligibility. I have flights booked for 9th August and I thinking am cutting it fine now :S

Even based on the current processing time (i.e. 43 days) you should have heard back by now. I'd suggest sending them a case-specific enquiry.

Oh wow, congrats! I keep checking my status, perhaps I won't get an email either. I submitted my biometrics only on the 19th, so hoping for a similar-ish timeline.

Hi Sedi,

It changed - to something along the line of they are reviewing my eligibility - without me receiving a notification about it! I only realised the change on 27th June (but could have happened a day or two before) and my Visa was subsequently approved on 28th June.
