Did anyone apply for the Temporary Resident Visa in the Detroit Consulate either Late October or Early November. I just want to gauge how much time the Detroit Consulate takes. I do understand that their website mentions 21 days of processing times but I have come across some people posting that they have been waiting for more than 30 days or so.
Also, my wife and I have both applied together. Do anyone know if we have to send our marriage certificate also? I did not see that in the list of required documents.
