Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Hello po!

I am applying for the September intake... and ask ko lang po if mayroon dito na may same case sa akin:

I applied for a student banking account in RBC when I was in Canada as part of my preparation to apply for student permit sana pero di ako natuloy mag apply within Canada.
Now that I'm in the Philippines, balak ko po kumuha GIC... is it possible to use my Canadian bank account to wire transfer to Scotiabank? Or would it be better to do it BDO to Scotiabank?

Only reason is I'm trying to save costs for money remittance sana. Thank you in advance!

no po. should be your bank acct in the Philippines if GIC ang pag gagamitan.

Anyone here who is still waiting for their approval from march lodge? Pa-2 weeks n pong reviewing eligibility requirement and background check yung application ko. My timeline as follows

March 5 lodge of application regular online
March 11 biometrics
March 21 request for medical exam
March 25 medical done
March 31 passed medical
April 1 reviewing eligibility requirement and background check
...Still waiting for final decision

College: red river college MAY INTAKE (APRIL 29 orientation)
Course: pharmaceutical manufacturing 1 year certificate
Graduated BSN 2012
Past employment: company nurse 1 year 7 mos
Recet employment: staff nurse almost 4 years
Ielts overall score 6.5 with 1 module 5.5 (writing) and 6 (speaking)
My uncle who is a canadian citizen will be the one who will sponsor my tuition and other finances. Submitted affidavit of support, bank certs and land title here in philippines of my uncle, our joint account of my uncle, both of our coe's, ITR, DTI, NBI, just forgot to attached coe of my first employment.

Need everyone insights regarding chances of visa approval with this profile

I just had my biometrics and medical done today (so medical results will be processed within 2-3 days). Medjo kinakabahan po ako kasi ang dami ko nang nabasang rejection of student visa. May i know po ba what my chances are sa stage na to? Hopefully, okay lang medical ko din

According sa mga previous comments dto n nbbsa ko no one knows the chance of visa approval up until irequest yung passport mo for visa stamping na, medical kasi required tlga yn so hndi mo mssbe if after passing the medical is visa approval na, mdmeng grounds p din ang tintignan ng visa officer, merong mga nrrefuse after passing medical, Ive recently passed medical exam up until now reviewing of eligibility p din status ko.

I applied for student visa and my application was lodged last april 3. I just had my medical and biometrics done yesterday. So hopefully everything goes well. Question ko lang po. I am currently working kasi and i filed my resignation last april 5 effective may 4 but gusto ko sanang maging immediate. Will it affect po ba may application esp on the background check na?
