If an applicant’s certificate indicates “No record on file, or “No derogatory record,” an official letter from the NBI is NO LONGER required, nor will the NBI issue such a letter.
Only those applicants who are issued clearances that state “No pending case” or “No criminal” record are required to obtain an official explanation letter.

yung diploma program ko po kasi ay bridge program po. pwede ko po ituloy sa bachelor after matapos ko yung diploma. magkatabi po kasi ang DC at UOIT at maraming buildings at services ang shared ng dalawang school. kaya binanggit ko yung dalawang school na na-accept ako. unconditional sa DC at conditional (subject to successful completion of my DC program) sa UOIT ang mga LOA na sinubmit ko sa application ko.

Nag-seself study din ako ng konting programming and nag travel din. Magiging problema kaya yun na hindi agad ako nag trabaho after grad?

Since bridge progrm sya boss, isang application lang. After i-accept ni DC application ko, sabay sila ni UOIT nag issue ng LOA sakin. Unconditional kay DC at conditional kay UOIT.

Hindi pa naman pob ang 1 year gap, especiallyif mae-explain naman sa SOP mga activities mo.

Mixed answers din yung nakukuha ko. Yung iba sinasabi Academic kapag dun mismo sa school ka magaapply, but pweds na General kapag visa. Magrresearch pa din ako haha

weird nga po, sa aking kasi, nakakuha na ako before, twice na. 2003 and 2008 yata, then nitong 2018, nagka hit ako, pag balik ko ng after 1 week, cleared naman, ang naka lagay " NO DEROGATORY RECORD"

sa wife ko naman, hindi rin 1st time, siguro naka 2 or 3 times na siya before, last nya, siguro mga 2012, then ang nakalagay
'NO RECORD ON FILE"

pero parehas namang ok, hindi ba?

If you will finish your studies earlier than you expected
Your permit will expire 90 days after the day you complete your studies, no matter what the expiry date on the permit is. The 90 days begin:

• on the date you get the first notification from your school (such as an email, letter, transcript, etc.) that you completed your program or
• when you get your degree, diploma or certificate.

If you can’t prove the date you were first notified by your school, we will use the earliest issue date on the document. We may need to confirm this date with your school.

If you want to keep studying, you must apply to extend your study permit at least 30 days before your permit expires.

Baka pwede ako patulong sa inyo jan nakakalito kasi.
ALL of my classmates started their student visa permit last January 2018 and will expire on April 2019 (1 year study program).
However, since the school only has 8months of study, they ended their 1st program on August 2018, and started immediately 2nd program on September 2018-April 2019. I was wondering if it would be fine since it's stated in the article above that if they finish their 1st program earlier than expected and received the certificate, they should have applied already for the extension of study permit before they proceed with their 2nd program.

I hope anyone can help please. yan din kasi sana gagawin ko eh
