Pwede naman po, through regular stream. Sa sds lang naman po required ang 1 year tuition.

Reason po sa refusal
1st We will not come back after study because of ties to the relatives in canada
2nd we will n leave canada after study
3rd because of our funds and assets which is we put 2million for my 4 family members po

Possible ground for refusal po pala ang family ties in Canada? Nag worry po ako kasi mag aappy palang po ako ng SP da manitoba where I have 3 cousins.

Thanks for the reply. Same tayo ng application.. nag apply din ako as student, yung husband ko naman open work permit ang kasama rin kids namin sa application namin.. may 31 nla nareceive application ko, pero until now wla pa update.. actually, re application kme.. refused kme last time.. is it your first time to apply po? Thru paper application kme and may consultant kme.. ang dami n nga namin gastos..

Wala sa medical request yan kasi minsan late dating ng medical request tapos once namedical lalabas agad ang result ng application. Minsan naman after submission ng application after 1 day may medical request na tapos mga after 5 weeks pa lalabas ang result. Nowadays ang estimated processing time ng application nasa 5 weeks.



Having an EE profile is not a reason for refusal.
Appeal means goign to the federal court in Canada to appeal your application using an immigration lawyer. Best to just reapply with a better application. You need the GCMS notes (New name of CAIPS notes) to know the exact reason for refusal not the generic automatic response you get from the visa officer.

Its a course mismatch malamang. Example of course mismatch is Nurse tinapos mo tapos magaaral ka ng Engineering sa Canada. In short hindi naniniwala visa officer na magaaral ka sa Canada. This kind of refusal is one to counter. Better hire a professional.

Regarding SOWP, may nangyari na po ba na na-approve ang study permit pero refused ang sowp?

Meron na po ba nag apply na kasabay na ang sowp?
