Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Did anyone receive a message about their eligibility? I submitted my documents to vfs on July 4th, linked it to my online account last week.

It said i would be receiving a message when they start reviewing my eligibility. It will be three weeks in a couple of days and I guess they havent begun yet since I didnt receive any updates. I was just womdering if anyone is going through the same process/timeline as mine?

Sa mga na approved, mga ilang days po bago dumating ang passport? Sa Vfs Cebu ko pinasa and is it okay if bumili na nang ticket kahit hindi pa na receive ang passport? TIA!

Hi, pinay-nay. They updated my medical results just this evening (had upfront medical). Other than that, no other changes. Guess they havent started with my eligibility review yet. It has been exactly a month since I filed my application from here in the Phils

Ako po hiningan ng physical passport ng travel agency na binilhan ko ng plane ticket.

Hi po ask ko lang po kung anung course nyo? Im planning to take up practical nsg and nag aalala ko na baka marefuse din ako since I have my masters degree na... and my idea po kau how to create study plan? salamat po

Hi. Maybe you should consider post grad certificate like critical care, gerontology and other nsg related cert to avoid refusal. Practical nursing din ang plan ko before kaso may nag advice din na high risk for refusal ang PN since registered nurse na tayo. So better upgrade by taking up grad certificate and advantage din po yuan since may clinical placements and ma accredit din po yun sa NNAS.

I will email my school na and ask first if they can defer my intake for next Fall and keep my deposit to hold my slot. If not, pwede pa naman ma-refund. Yes, sa BC po ako and sadly nga, my program only has Fall intake.

I know it's all speculation until I actually get my CAIPS notes but if in your experience, you have any input regarding my case, I would welcome and appreciate any comments. Please let me know if it's okay to post it to share with you (and others, so they may benefit and learn from my mistakes).
