hello guys! anyone knows how to secure additional documents are properly submitted (online)? Do i need to electronically sign it again and if so, the next button is payment... does that mean i need to pay again or there is something wrong with what i did? thanks guys

Hi, guys. Just sharing the devastating news of my visa refusal today. I applied online last June 20 and exactly 39 days after, I received the refusal.
I plan to email my school to ask about my options for deferral since my program only has Fall start date and I already made a deposit. This is my first application.

The refusal reason/s they gave me:
- "You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors: purpose of visit."
- "Other reasons: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, gap of studies, employment, level of establishment, your future prospects and plans"

If anyone is curious or wants to know my profile (if it'll help you avoid my mistakes maybe?), just let me know. I'm working on getting my CAIPS notes already so that I can address the issues when I apply again. While my heart is heavy, iniisip ko na lang din na at least tapos na yung anxiety ko from waiting and now I can just focus on making my next application stronger. Haaaaay.

I hope those of you who are still waiting get good news in the coming days.

Hello @NearlyLucid, mahirap talaga ma approve sa AUH VO, kung nag back read ka makikita mo madaming refused iilan lang ang pumasa, masyado silang strict. I am not discouraging you pero better kung mag lodge ka nalang sa pilipinas lalo na if marami ka red flags na dapat iconsider.


I am also working here in Dubai, pero mas pinili ko mag lodge s pilipinas (paper based) para Manila VO ang mag review. Ginawa kong representative ang mother ko para di na ako umuwi, sya mismo ang nag lodge sa VFS-Manila. Naka received ako message na forward na un papel ko sa Manila VO and under processing na sya, babalitaan kita if positive yun result.


On the bright side, meron isa kaka approved lang today from Qatar and currently OFW din, she did the same way, nag lodge sa pinas thru VFS-Manila, boom approved sa first attempt. J

HS? u mean High School Diploma po bah? Sa nag aasess po ng credentials to get LOA (either school, IQAS, NAIT, etc.) ninyu isusubmit at hndi sa IRCC.

For those who had/have spouses or common law partners who have applied or are in their open work permits, pa-advise naman po. My common-law partner applied for his open work permit on July 12 paper based since masyado kaming maraming documents na sinubmit since common law partners lang kami.

He never received an e-mail from CIC that they have actually received the application from VFS. Until now we have no idea on what his applicant number is so we cannot link it online. We already tried contacting IRCC on this matter (manilimmigration) but they haven't responded since we sent the e-mail last week pa. 28 days daw ang kailangan naming hintayin for a response and if walang nakuhang response, it means available ang info online. All we wanted was to know if IRCC received his application and if may application number ba na needed to link the application online.

Minsan nagsisisi ako kung bakit nga ba di nalang kami nagsabay It's been three weeks and no update. Kahit confirmation man lang from CIC wala. And as added info, wala pa pong upfront medical na ginagawa ang partner ko. Gaano po ba katagal ang dapat naming hintayin or owp na paper based?

Naka 2 yrs ng college sa Pinas at itutuloy lang ang another 2 yrs sa isang uni sa Canada kung ipag kakaloob ni Lord. Nabigyan sya ng advanced standing at entrance scholarship ng Uni based sa academics nya. Ang worries ko lang ay yung immigration status nya sa country of residence which is Saudi Arabia pero nag submit naman kami ng proof na resident sya dito including lahat ng passports nya (1st-last). Ang status ng application nya as of today ay :We will send you a message when we start reviewing reviewing your eligibility. The rest like med results, additional docs, interview, biometrics and background check (n/a) ay di pa naman daw kailangan.

Hi Maihans! On behalf of my daughter, applied study permit for Fall/Sep Intake on 17 July 2017, Offline VFS Riyadh. My daughter is on dependent visa since birth. The Uni granted her an advanced standing (60 units) and entrance scholarship based on her academics.Still no update and not yet started on reviewing eligibility status. It's nerve wracking!
