Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

I have an agent pero ang suggestion niya is Manitoba since pathway to PR is easier because LMIA is no longer needed to apply for provincial nomination unlike Alberta na pahirapan daw makahanap ng employer dahil sa LMIA.
I'm really having a hard time to decide kasi mas prefer ko sa Alberta because most of my friends are already there.

Madali lang ba makahanap ng employer in alberta na willing mag provide ng LMIA?

This is the 2016 report ng mga na PR for 2016.
As you can see only 60 people received PNP (Provincial nomination program) from Manitoba.
253 naman naman for other. Sila yung mga pumasa sa express entry.
Even for 2015, the total amount of PR approved in Manitoba is 437 (PNP + EE).
Maybe you will be one of the hundreds who will pass through PNP program.
In short, PR in Manitoba consist of 0.7% ng kabuuhang PR na pumasa ng 2016.

Yes its easy to apply. But what are your chances to be a PR.
Do a thorough research or since may agency ka naman idiscuss mo sakanila.
What are you chance of becoming a PR not an applicant only.

LMIA is hard to get in Alberta because its your golden ticket for PR.

How hard is it to get an LMIA in Alberta?
It depends on how deep your connections are.

I dont think you need LMIA in Alberta if you are graduate ng college in Alberta.

Update : I got it, nilagay ko Travel to Canada kasi hindi naman pwede Immigration dahil temporary ang pasok sa CA

Maybe Ontario is also a good option since mataas ang rate nila in both EE and PNP. I'm planning to take Healthcare Aide Certificate or any 1 year healthcare course. Am I eligible to apply for PNP during my post graduation work permit?

So sad of wat happened to ur application. Tama c @kapatid,CAIPS tlagah nid muh.f may relative ka s Canada na PR or citizen,mas mura daw ang fee upon request. U nid din to convince d VO na ur genuine intention to study sa Canada ksi mukhang di sya convinced eh
