Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

In line naman siya sa course ko. Parehong Business related. Actually may LOA na ako and for September pa ako sa Sheridan College sa Ontario. And I'm only 20 yrs old and a fresh grad. Parents ko ung mag babayad ng tuition fee ko since wala pa naman ako work. Di kaya ako marefuse niyan kas wala pa ako work experience? ???

Hindi naman siguro kasi for study naman talaga ang purpose tsaka hindi naman limited ang Business course sa Pinas kaya for sure mas bobroaden ang horizon mo kapag nakapagtapos ka international. May travel history ka naman siguro kahit papaano dba?

Opo. Actually may tourist visa ako sa Canada and US. And last year lang nag vacay ako sa Canada as a grad gift po and stayed for 6 months pero di naman po ako nag over stay and yun din time na yun dun ako naginquire about sa school. Do you have your visa na po?

Wow may magandang starting point ka naman pala. Wala pa eh waiting game pa rin. God Bless sa application mo basta complete financial docs lang ng parents at statutory declaration saying they are sponsoring your study. For home country ties, cguro naman enough na yung travel history mo na bumalik ka naman after visit.

Student visa holders are legible to apply for work permit corresponding to the length of their study program.
Do you have an idea for the required minimum work experience needed to apply for PR?

Kelangan ng statutory declaration pa kahit mismong parents mo na magssponsor? Saan po pala makakakuha nun? May form ba? And ano pa po docs na kelangan proving na parents ung magbabayad ng expenses? Thank you sa help and Godbless din! Sana lahat tayo makakuha ng SP. ;D

I'm not sure though baka pwdeng letter lang siguro from them plus financial docs like Coe, bank statements and properties. Sa amin kasi medyo makulet un father in law ko at naghire ng Immigration Lawyer talaga dun eh wala naman naitulong aside sa stat dec hehe

Yun nga eh, 7 weeks nagging 9 weeks nagging 12 weeks. Ika 11 weeks namin this week. So malamang next week magbabago na naman ng 15 weeks yan

Online application kame. Hindi na ako ngpasa ng TRV, kung ano lang yung nasa checklist. Parang mas konte ang checklist pag online kumpara sa paper napansin ko lang ;D

congrats flyweight.. inwquire ko algn sa partner mo, same documents lang lang naman ang ipapasa niya? other than the forms he needs to fill up right? kelan ka aalis? 3days sken bago ma deliver from vfs makati.
