Hi! Welcome back po. I read back and saw that you were refused the first time. Sana palarin ka po this time around. I think age doesn't matter, as long as you prove that you are a legitimate student, but I'm not a Visa Officer. Yes 1 year tuition pa din po ang required last I checked. Medical po ay valid for 1 year. I think if you have properly addressed the reasons for your previous refusal you should be good to go. I think eto yun? (please correct me if I am wrong)
1. Travel history
2. Purpose of visit
3.limited prospect of employment in a country of residence
4.your asset and financial status status
I think for your travel history, you should include copies of your previous visas, entry and exit stamps and include in your letter that you did not violate any rules or overstay in the countries you visited. Purpose of visit is to study, so a strong SOP would help your case. Limited prospect of employment in country of residence is same as my reason for refusal, so I just explained supply/demand trends in Nursing here, etc etc, I suppose if you have an employer who will take you back after your studies you can include a letter from said employer na may trabaho kang babalikan sa Pinas. For assets and financial status, I think dito mas malaki ang pera sa bangko mas maganda. (I just showed a copy of one of our accounts *na may limpak limpak na salapi, JOKE! sakto lang po haha*, one business permit, and ITRs and audits for the past 3 years, wala nang properties or cars)
Yung IELTS naman po I think may validity din (2 yrs?) so check nyo po if valid pa, and I think yung school lang naman ang humihingi ng IELTS pag student visa (although I did include mine in my application). Depende po sa school ninyo if tatanggapin po nila yung 5.5 na IELTS (meron po akong nakitang courses na mataas ang hinihinging IELTS result) and if ok naman po sa school I think it's good na din po sa application.
Good luck po!! I hope nakatulong ito.
Kaka-re-apply ko lang nung Feb 11 pero praning na praning na rin ako! Haha. Pero sa May pa naman ang simula ng klase ko kaya di pa masyadong gahol sa oras. Good luck sa iyo! Positive yan! May tutuluyan ka na ba duon? Nagempake ka na ba? (Nung December pa ready maleta ko hahaha)
Tulad nung sabi ni RNhopeful a medical notice doesn't mean approved na ang visa, but you are one step closer to the result which I pray is approved for you
I suggest you call up your school and inform them of your situation so they can advise you. May mga schools kasi na pumapayag na humabol ka two weeks after start of class (some up to 3 weeks) tapos meron din na i-lilipat ka nalang sa next intake (like me, I was moved to the spring intake because I missed the winter intake, wala pa kasi akong result nung nag start yung pasukan..and eventually refused din naman.)
Good luck!! Positive results!!
