Ang confusing naman nun, both sites are CIC... I just noticed though that for the site dbc mentioned, last update stamped at the bottom of the page is Date Modified:2013-07-26 while the other is newer: Date Modified: 2014-04-15

Well I guess they can validate naman from the bank regarding sa cashflow/real status of the account in the bank if they have doubts on the matter.

Just wanted to clear na I didn't mean na ikontra ang info na nasa forum na to, just sharing lang din what I read...

actually dito din ako ma confuse, di ko alam kung ano susundin ko sa POF if sa cic phil ba or sa cic immigration, pero follow ko yung 24 months bank statement, kasi sabi nung iba dto sa thread mas maganda daw if mas matagal yung bank )

What i had submitted is my 4month bank statement. tapos bank certificate dated few days before filing the application. On my SOP, i stated why i wanted to take up the program and how It'll help me when i come back here.

thank you hope girl. so 4 month bank statement lang pala ang need and 4 month lang din kasi ung andun sa cic website. ung iba ksi 24 months bngay nila heheh

Thanks Jaycee1027. Dont worry it will be given unto you. You know nagkaaberya din ako at first and waited for months to reapply. But look at me now, with consistent prayers and i made sure i provided the necessary requirements, i am so happy na! Ibibigay din sayo yan ni God.

Not at all. I reapplied the day after I received my refusal

I guess one thing na magiging probs sa vo is "lack of employment" sa pinas. We don't have practical nursing jobs sa pinas. At dapat natin iprove sa vo na the soul purpose of our study in Canada is only to study and how itl'll help pagbalik sa pinas.

Hello, jz wanted to share insights.
The longer your funds were in the institution or bank, the more you prove your financial capability for your study. Like you have good funds to show your studies can be supported. Minus their thoughts that the person will go to Canada to work & not just use it for other purposes such as work, which require a Work Permit, not a study permit though.
But if you rather show funds which are newly acquired, jz explain where it came from. Hope this helps!

I just submitted my application letter to a college in Toronto last night as back-up. Can you guys share any ideas on how long before they email me for confirmation of receipt of my payment and application? I applied and paid online so I thought I'd be getting one within 24 hours

As an update on my masters application, I already got approval from one of my previous prof for academic recommendation. I just need to find one MIA and I'm all set ;D Wish me luck guys!

Hi everyone, I would like you guys to know that I received an email from CIC with an attached file saying that my application has been approved. I refiled my visa last wednesday, so one week tom. gosh, im so happy! Paper application ako, ganon ba yun sa mga nag-paper application jan, nakareceive ba kayo ng attached file letter saying it has been approved? ;D Thank you Lord and Mama Mary!!!

hello guys sana matulungan niyo ako s concern ko
heres my questions po

- ano po bang need ko ipasa to prove na sa partner ko ako titira pag nasa canada na ako? do i need to pass letter? hindi po ba ako ma question ng VO baka isipin nila di na ako babalik ksi andun ako sa partner ko?

- do i need to submit my sibling's admission card to prove that they are studying here in Philippines as a Full-time student?

- sa mga Nursing po jan :0 ( Im a RN here in the Philippines and mag tatake po ako ng disability studies under human career course; hindi po ba masydong malayo to sa nursing?) any opinion po?

- since yung dad ko po ang mag sponsor sakn to study in canada, pde ko po ba isubmit yung mga properties niya under his name? pag sa car po may 2 cars kami and yung isang car po is hindi pa fully paid; pde ko po ba itong isubmit sknla at hindi po ba eto mggng ground for refusal?

- ano po mga letters na need ko? ang pag ka alam ko po is only just three letters which include plan of study, reference letter by my father (sponsor) and COE ng dad ko.

- and last question po, plan ko po mag take ng september 2015, ano po ba ang advisable month para mag apply ng visa? kasi ang pag ka alam ko po pag maaga ako ng apply ng visa baka ipabalik lng yung requirments ko.

Don't forget yun affidavit of support signed by your sponsor - which in this case is your dad, and all the properties, business, 4 months bank statements prior to the date that you will submit your application, bank certificates, work or business supporting docs or certificate ng dad mo and anything that will show the financial stability ng dad mo to support you.

Sa pag apply, I think mga 3 to 4 months before your desire intake

Hello sweetnovember14! No prob kung late response Noted sa TOR/Diploma. One thing, I am torn between two provinces -
1. Ontario
PRO
- nandun brother ko, less expenses kasi me ka-share ako sa food/lodging
- I am planning to take Information Security Management (Fanshawe College) or Information Systems Security (Durham College)
CON
- For me to qualify sa Ontario Nominee Program, at least 1 year of work experience needed.
2. Manitoba
PRO
- Manitoba Nominee Program only requires at least 6 months work experience.
- Medyo mababa tuition fee sa Red River College as compared sa Ontario Colleges
CON
- Medyo malayo yung Post Grad course na available- Techonology Management lang. They offer Network Systems
Security pero 2-yr Post Secondary lang. Baka di ako maapprove kasi graduate na ako ng BS ComSci.

OR another 1 yr PGD in Ontario para 3 yrs PGWP?

Hmmm, tricky situation. I honestly don't know if pag mag tatake ng another 1 yr PGD on top of the previous will be accumulated that will qualify for the 3 yrs PGWP? - Seniors, pls. help. If incase na pwedi, edi it will be a good option sa Ontario. Yun sa Manitoba, is there any other colleges or institution that offers courses that you need na mas close sa profession/ studies mo?

I think it always varies on different institutions, circumstances and etc; It will be best to contact the college you sent your application to for confirmation, so you will have a peace of mind. Hope you'll get the confirmation soon, waiting is always hard
