Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Hi Joey. Hi Guys, I'm back after one year. Lol aside sa na lock itong account ko, na busy din sa studies. Pero now, graduate na ako Anyway, I got approved for my PGWP and also received ITA for PR this June.

To answer your question:
1. It depends on your current score. Do you have Bachelor's, Masters in Pinas, or would you be applying by yourself or with a spouse? Once you graduate, you'll get additional points for your education in Canada and IELTS exam. You can check your points through the CRS Calculator tool. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

2. Again, if you have enough points already after graduation, you can get your ITA. That's what happened to us. However, if you do plan to work throughout your PGWP, may time ka pa to process your PR kasi you will have your BOWP- as principal applicant you will be granted Bridging Open Work Permit.

3. After graduation, yes you can start to work However, once you have received your credential, you have to submit your PGWP application agad and you can work full-time while waiting for the decision. hello... I am for SV. I am applying with a help of an rcic based in Canada. I wanted to apply on my own, but it might prolong the process.Because once you miss one document, it will take time again. unlike having an rcic they will update you sa mga dapat na application. sila narin ang makikipagcontact sa college. mas mabilis ang response time.
you mga consultancy dito sa Pinas, most of them may katie-up sila n rcic sa Canada.
Yung pag gawa ng SOP sila rin.

unfortunately, he can’t get the score he needed in Reading. we had a strong chance to be invited in Manitoba if he could get CLB 7. I guess, its a dead end for us. Thanks for your honest response though.

Yup may mga tie-up sa Canada.
Well im an RCIC here sa Philippines. You dont need to go to Canada to approach a real consultant.

Upfront medical kmi sa st. Lukes ermita.. may 24 kmi nag submit after 2 days naka receive na kmi ng update. After 4 days police certificate na hinihingi.

Regular application po ba kayo or SDS?
Sana makareceived Ako update po 3 weeks na po kasi wala pa kahit medical request. Yung consultant ko nmn po sabi lng update Ako ng result if meron.

Ako din po naghanap ng School at gumawa ng Stement of purpose ko, bale consultant ko lang magsend. Nagtataka nga Ako d nya ko pinagupfront Medical At NBI pero sabi ng okay lang daw po yun.

Sana nag upfront ka nalng.. ako din nag send lahat ng docs ko.. nanjan lahat ng instructions sa cic website nila.. nakapag bayad ka na dn b ng tuition downpayment?
