Again another gem of wisdom salamat poI know a couple fo students who went home and then went back to apply for the PGWP without any problems ;D But this is because our college takes a month para lumabas ang transcript and other docs required to apply for PGWP ;D
Ofcourse, this is all under the pretense na buhay pa ang study permit mo and usually ang ending the permit mo is same as the 90 days allowance unless mas nauna m-expire ang passport mo versus the duration of your study. To be safe like what most said, mas gusto ko na hawak ko na si PGWP bago pa ako lumabas bansa.
NadagdaganOkay, just received bad news again. My wife's TRV application was refused today. Iba na naman ngayon ang reasons. I am going to post the reasons for refusal sa OWP niya first and then reasons for refusal sa TRV nya.
OWP Reasons for Refusal:
- purpose of visit
- employment prospects in country of residence
- current employment situation
- Other reasons: There are less than 6 months remaining on your spouse`s study permit. I do not find it reasonable to
seek an open work permit at this time.
Reapplied for TRV - Refused Again with the following reasons:
- travel history
- Family ties in Canada and in country of residence
- Current employment situation
- Personal assets and financial status
Ako rn po asian country lang saudi arabia lang poAno po kaya ang dapat gawin apply muna study permit then pag approve apply mo sila owp or maglabd ka muna sa canada ska mo sila apply ng trv tax i change sa owp nalang after?
pano rin kaya i address ang travel history? Mostly travel
recommend nyo na chapter kc mhaba po ito so from number 100 to 500Suggesting back-reading prevents questions from being asked over and over and over again po. Halos lahat po ng nasa forum na successfully nakarating dito, nag back read po and karamihan sa kanila, bihira mag post kasi nabasa na nila sagot sa tanong nila. How do I now? Kasi nagpapasalamat sila via personal message ;D
Think of it as good practice when you get here kasi they expect you to have prepared and did your research even before you dwell into your task.
But to answer your question, there is no guarantee na ma-approve yung application just because of it. And like what kapatid said, ok na if may PPR na... but it will depend sa boarder pag naglanding ka na Kaya kelangan naka smile po lagi ;D
pagJust an update po. After 10 weeks nka receive ako email from embassy requesting for an updated letter of acceptance. My class will start next week so yung ipapass ko is for next intake na lang? And also they asked for proof about my employment sa hosp. Mgpass daw ako ng payslips and sss records within 14days.
Yung SOP po is the most powerful upload you can maximize po. You can explain everything here to para wala na request ng additional docs for example, kasi if may mismatch, titignan nila agad yung sop ninyo. If wala, pagdududahan na application ninyo.
Sa SOP ninyo, include:
1. as much asset na pwede to establishing your ties to your home country.
How can this improve your career when you go back home? Ito yung mga common pitfalls na pag hindi nasagot, madududa na sila (just my opinion)
3. kung yung aaralin ninyo is hindi tugma sa experience and previous degree ninyo, make sure you explain in detail why are you changing careers, down grading or taking the same program again
Kung desidido po talaga kayo, back read lang po kayo, it's literally hundreds of pages pero nung nagsisimula ako, gabi gabi ko siya binabasa habang karga ko si baby namin hehe
If not for this forum, di ko alam na kelangan pala may police clearance na submit, na pwede pala mag change career pag nag aral, etc and for this reason, I'm willing to help.
If nabasa ninyo po yung mga pages, alam na alam na ninyo what to do and not to do. If you think your situation is unique, chances are, nangyari na sa previous applicant. May prolema sa puso, pero in the end na approve? Check! 100k lang ang pero sa bank pero na-approve? Check! Gusto isama anf bf/gf? Check! Gusto isabay ang spouse sa application? Check! Gusto hindi isabay? Check! Gusto iwan si baby? Check! These situations of applicants are just a few you can learn here and lahat sila if not most of them are graduates or PR na po kaya I cannot stress enough how important back reading is.
Kung sa tingin ninyo masyado kayo busy para basahin ito lahat, then Canada might not be for you kasi kelangan ninyo ng sipag at determination na mapunta dito. This post may sound harsh but I'm just preparing aspiring applicants and those coming here to be ready kasi it's a totally different ball game here
Peej, CEC and PNP are different tracks and you can only make an express entry profile and then if you have atleast 1 year of Canadian skilled work, sa CEC ka mag fall, otherwise FSW ka. PNPs are means to boost points of your express entry profile pero best is CEC kasi si PNP is parang 2 times mo gagawin yung process kasi kasi prove mo sa province na worthy ka tapos pag na invie ka na, prove mo ulit lahat yun sa post ITA mo.
jfider, always comply as fast as possible para sure. If paper-based po kayo, you can send a CSE para ma-explain yung situation ninyo po.
Sg mav din ung andun sa sa aussie forumWow congrats mic-mic...yung story nyo nina scorpio, kapatid, tipsy, peej at ng iba pa mga champions dito nakakainspire for us na sumusubok pa lng through this pathway.

Mas mataas chance nung may work kasi kung jobless ka pwede nila gawing reason yun for refusal.Hi! Asking for a friend. She and her husband are planning to apply. One as a student and one as the dependent. Both nursing graduates, but only the husband is currently working as a nurse. Who should apply na para mas malaki chance ng pgka approve? And okay lang ba if they apply together or should they apply separately? Thanks in advance!
Hi. Did you get your result yet? Thank you!Nagapply po ako under SDS last Nov 7. Kinakabahan talaga ako. Kasi I got 2 Tourist Visa rejections na already from Canada and 1 Tourist Visa Rejection from USA. Ang reason lang nmn ng rejection was travel history and ung ties with country etc etc.
