Kapatid ma ask ko lg po, since my wife is not the main applicant, will the affidavit of discrepancy thing be accepted by CIC? Instead of processing name correction at NSO? I know in the near future she needs to process it but in the mean time pra lg maka lodge kmi agad

Hi @ariesc, my question: Nag submit ka ba ng Resume? Is resume necessary in the application?
Prang yung iba nag submit, yung iban naman hinde. I worked with different employers in my first 8 years of employment.

Kung ako tatanungin kailangan mo paayos yung pangalan pero kung di aabot sa time mo I think and I hope the affidavit of discrepancy will work.

You will need a medical exam if you:
* have lived temporarily for six or more months in a row
* in one or more of these countries or territories
* in the one year immediately before the date you want to enter Canada. (This applies even if you are a citizen of a country that does not need a visa to enter Canada.) or....

It is TRUE na ung iba hindi na required ng medical as I personal knew someone who was recently approved a student visa but they are living outside Philippines. as per CIC website is not required for medical. The fact that Philippines is not medical exempted country this may require you to undergo medical as Canada's one requirement is medical health status.

Thanks a lot! I am just so concerned with my application cause its more than a month wala pa akong medical request po. But others are so rude calling me stupid things as if ganun na ako katanga. The feeling is just reassuring myself as an extra anxious individual and I think its normal.

yup cuz i applied as a Filipino citizen here in the Philippines and they required me medical and I got approved...

magkaiba naman requirements and procedures for student visa sa UK and Canada kaya it's best to check the CIC website (if you don't believe me) if they actually require you to do medical or not... they (UK student visa and Canada student visa) shouldn't even be treated as one and the same...

Pag sa Nait po kailangan lang nila yun notarize photo copy ng docs tama po?

I submitted my documents with authentication (red ribbon) by IQAS because they return your papers back to you unlike in NAIT, there's a handling fee and they won't return your documents back.

I dont think if there would be any problem if your sponsor can provide the needs of both of you. Kung iisipin naka affidavit lang yung support niya so kailangan niya lang gampanan ay bigyan kayong dalwa ng support.
So wala akong nakikitang mali if kayong dalwa ang bibigyan ng tulong

Hi Rhezie! I linked my application online already and checked that I have passed the medical exam, they also emailed asking for Medical of the 2 kids already so I guess thats a good sign. Hopefully the visas get issued by month end. Thanks so much for your reply.
