Pa-advise naman po kung maganda na isama sa SOP yung choices of school, like sa Australia okay lang ba na lagay ko na may tito ako na citizen na dun kaya isa yun sa choices ko kaso yung schools na malapit sakanila req for grad cert is work experience tsaka yung ibang univ malayo na sakanila. Kaya mas pinili ko yung Canada since mas okay ang education system nila dun? Or wag ko na po isali?

Thank you po. ask ko lang po if nakapag process na po kayo ng FBI Clearance from Pinas? medyo naguguluhan po kasi ako sa pag fill up ng form.No need na po sa medical. Very straight forward po ang process compared sa Study permit. Goodluck!
Koriyume, local or state police clearances are only applicable for US pr or citizens po yata kasi may mga apostile services pa po sila. If nag stay po kayo ng more than 6 months, cumulative, for the past 5 years (past 10 years if applying for PR), kelangan po ninyo is FBI clearance. Punta lang po kayo sa website ng FBI and follow ng instructions and download the form for finger printing. Ask a professional para sa finger priting po para hindi ma reject yung prints ninyo. It is very simple and mapapagastos lang po kayo sa fedex para mapabilis ng konti. Processing time takes about 2-3 months. Cost for the clearance is around 20 USD

Pansin ko lang po ngayon, mas maigsi ang patience ng mga applicants and compared before, mas mataas din po ang rate ng mga na-de-deny. Di lang po ako sure bakit. Baka po mas mahigpit na ngayon? Pero pansin ko, madami ay dahil sa NFA (not following instructions). For example, may mga sumasali po sa FB na nag-aapply pa lang... ganito na po ba katigas ang ulo natin?

Ilagay ko po ba dun eh ung US address ko dati or ung address ko na po ngaun sa Pinas kasi wala na ako dun po eh. 2nd, ung sa "Mail Results to Address", pede ko po ba ilagay dun eh ung address ko dito sa pinas? nagpapadala din ba sila international? Thank you po sa tulongYou can submit your application without the FBI police clearance, BUT it could delay the process of your application for as much as 2-3months if you request your certificate ONLY when the VO asks for the additional requirement.
I would suggest that as early as now, you mail in your FBI request. So, when VO asks you for this additional requirement it would either be readily available for submission or at least you’ll be waiting for your clearance in just a few weeks – cutting short your processing time for a final decision. Mabuti ng handa – hingan ka man or hindi.
*When they ask for additional requirements as such, they always enclose complete procedures with their letter of request. They are also fully aware of the length of time before the clearance is received which is always waaay longer than the required time they will give you to submit it. If your clearance hasn’t arrived yet, simply write a correspondence letter stating your case why you cannot submit by the deadline. Include copies of your courier tracking numbers. I once had to do the same process and contacted FBI if the process for a clearance can be expedited as I had a deadline for immigration purposes. It cannot be expedited. I also included that email convesations to my letter to the VO. This was in 2013, same process applies today most likely. The only difference is the way you will need to get your fingerprint impression at our NBI office. NBI now requires the ORIGINAL fingerprint card from FBI and not the printed ones available on the FBI wesite. Pwede pala to request from FBI mismo to mail it to you.
*If you actually have an old clearance for any other country you have lived in (besides PH) for more than 6mos w/ in the last 5yrs it could also help to include it on your application. Isama mo na din yung I-94 mo sa internship mo.*

Guys once you have your SP na, can you change school and program? Wala bang magiging effect yun sa status mo as student visa holder? tia!
After 1 semester siguro. madami gumagawa nun. Mga tipong di nila feel yung course, like its a waste of money. effect is you have to extend your study.

Hello po sa lahat tatanong ko lang po if normal lang na wala pa ring narereceive na email after magpasa ng application sa VFS even for medical request? Kasi po naglodge ako nung June 22 paper based pero until now wala po email. Nagtry na din po ako mag email sa kanila baka lang po sakaling nakalimutan lang pero wala parin sila reply hanggang ngayon. Baka may nakaexperience na sa sitwasyon ko ngayon.

Hi! After 2 to 3 days usually may medical request na. Yan din kasi ngyari sakin sa 1st application ko (dec2016)...naka ilangvtawag at email din sa vfs pero sabi processing daw. then feb2017, dinispatch na yung documents ko along with the refusal letter...
Ganun pa katagal tapos refused. Nakaka kaba naman yun. Pwede naman po sigurong mangulit sa knila para sa medical request?
