Hi, you can request CAIPS kahit wala ka sa Canada. All you need are details ng PR or Citizen that will request for ur behalf. May IMM form din na need mo fill up. Follow the instructions here.

In my case, I gather the info of my relatives pero ako ang nag-fill up dun s website, busy kasi sila. I'm still waiting for my caips, 09-May ako nagrequest.

Don't lose hope, challenging ang application nating mga OFW kasi may history na tayo of being away from home country for long period. May refusal din ako s travel history, kasi limited ang travels ko within Asia. Purpose of visit, I think ay ang kabuuan ng application mo. If they think, you are not a bona fide student, ma-refuse ka jan. Need to convince ang VO na for career progression ang course n kukunin and that no similar course is available in the region kaya you decided to study in Canada.

Yes, pede. Kahit nasan, geographically pede kasi online naman ang application. Remember you have to fill up

Apply as soon as possible para di sayang ang araw. 30 calendar days ang hintayin para sa result so every day counts. May kilala ko nagrequest ng caips and he got it after 27days.

Yes pwede. Importante canadian citizen. Address niya na lang din sa canada siguro ilagay mo para sure.

Oo kailangan isama kung gusto mo makuha common-law mo later on.
Common law being someone you cohabited for 1 year and have plants to cohabit in the future.
Husband is a spouse not common law.
You can have a husband and a common-law at the same time, but you cannot sponsor them both.

Kapatid, salamat sa reply mo. OFW kase kami ng mister ko, wala kami sa Pilipinas. Sa form na yun may nakalagay na "Name of the person who administered the declaration" saka signature nya. Any idea kung sino yun? Do we need a lawyer? Naguguluhan kase kami

Hi everyone i just received a message from VAC that my documents are being dispatched. means ba nito pwede ko kuhanin mga documents ko?paper base kasi ako (refused) anyone naka encounter nito?may mga docs kasi ako na pinasa na hnd ko nagawan ng copies , original ung mga yun, yes my bad not to make.
