Hi to those who have applied with their spouse/ common law.

I plan on applying on my own first then granting na magka visa, susunod si common law ko. I would like to ask paano niyo sinagot yung question na "do you plan on bringing spouse/family member with you?"

From what I assume, dahil di kami sabay, I'm supposed to choose "No" pero paano yun when time comes na siya na ang mag aapply ng OWP and need na niya ilink application niya sakin. Di kaya yun maging cause of conflict?

Do you plan in bringing with you NOW yan.
So answer is NO

You cna get TRV later on for her but a common law is kinda hard to prove but go ahead you can get her if you are already in Canada

Hi Chris,

To make it less complicated, I paid through credit card nalang. I faxed the credit card authorization form (CCAF). Then I just informed the coordinator via e-mail that I sent it already. Mas tipid kasi pag fax nalang instead of shipping pa the CCAF. TBH, medyo di ko magets kung bakit ayaw nila tumanggap ng online copy nalang via e-mail hahahha.

Sorry for the typo but I sent my payment March 7. March 8, they emailed me the receipt. I got the full acceptance package March 21, roughly 14 days.

My intake is Sept 2017 (fall, God willing). What's your program and intake pala?

Nako sorry di kasi ako yung nag fax. I requested my sister who lives in LA to fax the CCAF. She faxed around 11 AM, LA time. Suggestion ko sayo is try to fax them sa time na daylight ang Toronto. Around 10 pm onwards if sa time natin.

Hi ask ko lang, plan ko mag-apply for SP for Sept intake, you think aabot pa ko kung mag-sstart pa lang ako ng application ngayon? sabi nung school kung mai-pass ko daw yun docs ko within this month, tingin daw nila may enough time pa ko. concern ko lang, yung pag-apply sa CIC ng student visa, gano ba katagal ang process? nabasa ko kasi sa site nila "medical exam might take three months or more" daw, ganun ba talaga katagal inaabot? one more thing, my passport will be expiring Sept 2018, I already scheduled for renewal but sadly sa June pa ang next sched so mid-June ko pa makukuha, you think aabot pa ba yun in case na ipursue ko ang application ko? If sa application ko ilalagay ko muna yung current passport ko tapos pwede bang iupdate na lang sya once makuha ko na yung bago? tsaka yung husband and daughter ko ba need ko isama sa application kahit di ko sila isasama sa Canada pa? I plan to get them kung maka-apply na ko ng PR dun. thanks. sana may sumagot sa madami kong tanong.

Hi Sir, I read your blogs... tinawagan ko po ulit ung St. lukes sabi un daw ang sabi ng pulmonogist nila. Bale nagsputum test po ba kayo? Kasi nakasked si hubby ng sputum test. ang nakakatawa lng siya lng ang my findings sa lungs. ung sa akin is clear nman so meaning if my lung infection hindi active. hindi nga din PTB ang findings ang sinasabi lng sa akin si lung infection. pwde ba kami maglodge ng application kahit antay pa kami nung sputum test, online application kami sir? para makita na VO ung papers namin? ikaw sir online ka din ba naglodge? salamat sir sa reply

Nagsputum test po ako. Pero pasado naman po. Pero after nun, yung sa re-xray na, he diagnosed me with that active tb. pero wala naman talaga.

Hello po ulit. Kailangan po ba nakaconvert ang Bank Statement sa CAD? And ang mga documents na iaattach ko online, kailangan po ba nakanotarize?

Pwede kahit hindi pa. Mas maganda kung meron kang USD or CAD though. Pero iconvert mo yung peso to cad sa letter of explanation mo para gets nila agad magkano yung pera mo in their own currency.

Hello. I suggest you take an upfront medical exam first para di na sayang yung pera mo sa visa application. Kasi malalaman mo na on the first day of exam kung okay ka na in one day, or you need 3 months pa. (Gawin niyo na po ngayon yung medical exam! ) For the visa application, 2 months yung processing time ng visa.
