Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Hello everyone.. Narefused po ako for the second time, last year. Twice refusal po for student visa. Now, medyo nalilito napo ako at hndi po ako sure if ano po ba talaga ang dapat kong gawin. Shall I apply again?

Nag apply napo ako ng CAIPS NOTES and yung reason po talaga y ako nadeny is:
travel history
employment
and personal funds and not daw relating sa work ko ang study plan ko sa canada


after a year, nag iisip po ako ngayon kung mag apply pa po ba ako ulit.
pwede ko po bang itanong sa mga NA-APPROVE po ang visa recently kung ano po yung sinubmit nyo na documents? xaka paano po yung Letter ng Summary of Financial Documents?


sobrang lito po ako ngayon whether to continue or not.. can you give me po advice or idea how to right the SOP again considering na DENY po ako TWICE in A ROW? THANK YOU SO MUCH

I don't understand, my sponsor showed 3M sa bank nya and Im currently working in a Hotel for 6 years (2 years in Manager Position), but i got refused due to the following reasons:

-Employment
-Financial Capacity

Anyone thoughts on this?

An easy question: It is said in the form (and based on the experience of the people here) that "if any of the required documents below are missing, the processing of your application could be delayed." Saan ba usually nagkukulang ang mga tao?

I am looking at the "document checklist for a study permit" here in my desk:

I don't have to include "statutory declaration of common-law union" (am married,) "use of representative" (doing it on my own), "authority to release personal information to a designated individual" (seems unnecessary or is this plus pogi points?) , and "custodian declaration" (am old enough)... i don't have to include these do i? Or should i include them but not complete the form and just write N/A?

Are these forms included in the "student application package" provided (if there is one) by VFS? Where could I get it for a paper based application?

One last question, as i am not going to quebec, what do i do with the document "MIDI's (le ministere de i'immigration, de la diversete et de I'Inclusion) letter of approval to your application fora "certificat d'acceptation du quebec (CAQ)"??? I haven't heard of this docu being talked in the forums?

Hello Po! Any experts po na pwede mag bigay ng advice or makatulong sa situation ko. So here's the case I am a Registered Medical Technologist here sa phils and currently employed, mag 2 years na po nxt year january 2017. Meron po akong relatives sa Alberta, Canada yung aunty ko and cousin ko na mag ssponsor sa akin sa bahay and other things, in short sa kanila ako makikitira. Yung school po na napili ko is Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) first reason is malapit po sa location ng bahay and asa DLI nmn sa CIC and nkita ko yung available course nila for international students, balak ko kasi kunin is yung fast track course nila na related naman sa previous study ko and current work ko, which is 5months lang. nabasa ko kasi sa exempted for study permit basta below 6months yung kukunin na course pwede kahit wag na kumuha ng study permit so ano po i aapply ko na visa if ever? gusto ko lang po kasi kunin yung fast track course kasi pagdating ko doon may work po na ibibigay yung cousin ko sa akin, na kung pwede nun i convert yung present visa ko to working visa kasi may employer naman ako na nahanap at mag ssponsor sa akin, willing po siya na sya maglakad ng papers ko if ever para lang ma employ sknya. (My cous owns a Car Dealership at Alberta) opo siya po yung Big Boss sa company nya. ;D

So here's my main question, mas okay po bang ituloy nalang for 2year course yung study permit ko? and apply for a PGWP afterwards? o pwede naman po yung balak ko na gawin na fast track course after ko makuha certificate then my cousin can hire me as her employee.

Gusto ko lang po kasi mag ka work agad dun then ipon konti and continue my education after. :-[

hi! wala kang consultancy? solo mo lng nag apply? sino contact mo sa langara college? baka pwde mo silang kontakin tas sabihin mo ung problema mo.. sorry ha, dami kong tanong, nag apply palng din kasi ako baka sakaling me mapulot akong tips.. yung mga andito sobrang accomodating sila, sasagutin ka nila gat kaya nila, wait mo lang baka busy pa sila.. ano palang course mo dun sa langara college?

Yeah, solo lang ako nag apply (sariling sikap) nakuha ko na ang LOA from Langara at na lodge ko na finally yung application ko kahapon sa VFS along with my hubby for OWP.. hintay hintay nalng for results.. fingers crossed...

Post Degree Diploma in Business Administration kinuha ko sa Langara kasi BUsiness admin yung degree ko at work experience ko 9 years sa call center. so for career advancement yung reason ko.. I have to accompany my husband kasi diabetic ako, pero yung 2 kids ko ay maiiwan sa mother inlaw ko..

Check mti college in manitoba.. Di rin ata need ng ielts dun pero much better if you take nadin.. Kakailangin nio din yan baka bigla silang maghanap.. Gather as well lahat ng documents like your tor diploma ganyan.. Pag may work mga coe .. Tas ung bank account/bank statement...
