Mas mabuti kaya kung maghintay muna kayo ng medical request from CIC?

If you have enough funds there to cover the 1st year of tuition + CAD10,000 living expenses for you + CAD4,000 living expenses for your husband + CAD3,000 for your baby, then you don't have to worry about your savings left here in the Philippines, total proof of funds should be more or equal.

Welcome, regarding sa funds nyo, is it possible to do a bank to bank transfer?

Yes, it can affect the processing time if medicals are done upfront but there are people who applied who got a refusal before they were about to go for their medical appointment, hope this will not be your case.

Yep, pwede na man talaga upfront ang medicals. Pwede na mag apply for January intake ngayon, good luck sa inyo.

For normal tourism to Korea, required ang visa pero libre na man visa nila at meron na sila consulate dito sa Cebu, so no need to go to Manila! Hehe for transit lang less than 24 hours, as long as may 3rd country destination ka like Canada then no need for visa! For Japan, dapat ka apply ng visa before you enter, wala sila tulad ng Korea na hindi kailangan ng visa for transit saka nakikita ko, shorter ang lay over ng Japan compared sa Korea kung from Cebu.

Nag Busan-Seoul-Jeju din kami last 2013 pa! Hehe We'll take the subway from Incheon to Seoul Station mga 1 hour din, buti na lang, buhay pa Cashbee namin, we have a lay over of 11 hours na man, so ok pa! Hehe

Hey mic-mic! Yung sa akin kase, yung uncle ko na nasa US magpo-provide ng funds. Yung initial plan nya kase mag-oopen sya ng bank account dun sa US under my name, pero parang impractical ata yun. Kaya ngayon, papadalhan na lang nya ako ng Certified Check with my name on it, tapos pagdating ko sa Canada, mag-oopen na ako ng bank account, tapos ide-deposit ko na lang yung Certified Check. Ang tanong ko sana is, tatanggapin kaya yung check sa POE as proof of my funds? Bank draft lang kase nakasulat dun sa listahan sa CIC eh.

Why don't you guys open Scotiabank merun naman dyan sa Pinas. I got my account last week ambilis and my brother will visit the branch before I deposit my money. Pero I guess possible naman na bitbit nyo bank account ng sponsor nyo plus letter nya na cya ang sponsor nyo. Then show your paid tuition fee. kahit 5k CAD enough na yun as POF.

last yr nun nagpunta ako d naman tningnan laptop ko just make sure kung dadaan ka s usa maoon mo laptop mo else u need to charge it.
