By the way, isinama mo ba sa application yung ITR mo?

Mukhang kailangan kasi you have to show you are earning. Unless may iba kang docs to show that

Ahehe! Thanks scorpio! I see. I'm planning to submit Monthly Percentage Tax Return receipts from January 2015 to April 2015. Okay lang kaya yun?

Hi Floje! I didn't includ any ITR on my applications. I just attached 2 business registrations. One I personally own, and the other is our family business :) Pero the proof of funds ko is amounting to approx 70k USD. I also included one house and lot. So I'm thinking, if the funds are sufficient naman, baka no need na. :D

For your referrence, ito yung profile ko:

-Bachelors in Economics (did not submit transcripts nor diploma)
-business owner (only showed business registrations)
-In my SOP (2 pages of explanation and another 3 pages of supporting docs) I also mentioned that I personally visited the schools I'm interested at and my email exchanges with the schools regarding the study tours are readily available upon request.
-I think what helped me most are my travels abroad since I was 17 years old (now I'm in my 30s) plus the US, Canada and China visas. In the last five years kasi, almost 20 times kami lumipad pa-abroad ;D

So I did my medical today and I started at 8am and ended at around 3:30pm. From 8-9:30, I did my x-ray, urine sample, blood sample, physical exam and the basics (BP, vision, weight, etc). I had to go back by 1:30pm for the immunization. Take note that as per the hospital's advice, you will not be given the immunization if there were any findings on what you did in the morning. Some people went back only to find out that they have problems with their lungs, etc. I'm very thankful that everything was ok. I just had to do the MMR vaccine kasi malabo sa baby book ko and baka daw hindi tanggapin ng embassy. I opted to have them administer it to me so the certificate, along with my med exams will be forwarded together. Total cost of the medical plus the vaccine is 6k ++ They told me to wait for 2-3 weeks bago ma-forwards sa embassy. Before I left I asked them how were my results and sabi naman ng nurse and ok and normal naman lahat so hopefully, good news will come soon.

Wish me luck guys!

Thanks for sharing micmic! Ang ganda ng travel history mo. Ako zero. In fact, I was denied a tourist visa to the U.S. in 2002 kase I was too young to travel daw according to the interviewing VO, eh 21 years old na kaya ako nun. :-\

I recently bought a land (2,500 square meters agri/res land) last February pero wala pa yung title. Just submitted all the requirements to the Registry of Deeds on Monday and sabi ng taga ROD, the fastest possible processing time is 3 months, and I'm planning to lodge my application na by next month or June pinakamatagal. I took a scanned copy of the CAR (Certificate Authorizing Registration) and I'm planning to attach it to my application na lang instead. Will it count kaya as my property? And I think I'll just attach Monthly Percentage Tax Returns na lang siguro instead of the ITR.

Congrats pala with your med results! You're one step closer to your SP na! ;)

But yung firm bank account could show the ins and outs ng financial transaction plus recent sample contracts ng mga technical service...pwede na kaya yun as attachment in lieu of the ITR?

Hi floje, i didn't include my itr in my application coz i just got it (2014) last week from my employer. I hope it wont affect my application. Anyway it is stated naman in my application that my husband will be the one supporting me while i study in Canada and I submitted copy of his contract, bank acct, and certificate of employment. Hoping for a positive result in my SP application.

Oo nga pala Venice no? ???
Pwede na siguro yun kase all they ask naman is the bank statement of 4 months and they didn't mention anything about ITR's di ba?

Thanks wandermom! :)
