Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

ah ganon ba yun, pag mag papamedical exam na... ang passport mo hihingin na nila...

btw, I am about to submit my application online... unting edit nalang sa proof of funds... sa online pala isang file lang ang ipapasa per "category"... ang bank account ko kasi 5 then yung assets tapos yung letter of support plus yung annual income ng kuya ko... heheheh ang dami ano.. kasya kaya yun para sa 4mb...

Sana magkasya, kasi yung sakin problema ko 4mb lang umabot ng 11mb then reduced ko pixel bawas ng ilang pages...

My aunt who's working there R willing to sponsor me. Ano po mga documents/requirements to prepare? Do we need to take ielts o wag na?. I hope u can help me TIA

Hi sati welcome, I am not erwin but nabasa ko ibang mga posts ni erwin, ng eilts cya at ang mga documents pwede mo ma check sa cic. First thing sis, is figure out kung saang college ka mg take ng program then apply and 95% of the colleges requires eilts po. As for your aunt na mg sponsor sayo, she needs a notarized affidavit of her financial support for your studies, bank statement and assets.

Hi sati27, hanap ka muna ang school, secure letter offer for admission, yung requirements muna ng school ifocus mo. mejo time consuming din yun.

Decided na talaga ako apply for SP in Canada, before Im choosing NZ and Canada , but now finally to pursue na lang in applying SP in Canada, meron lang ako question .

1. Im Accountant pala working dito sa Mid East pero not CPA ano pala course ang puede ko kunin and san school ?
2. Magkanu ba dapat cash in bank ? meron kc ako property title na worth 2M and currently meron akong binabayaran na condo i have paid 1M ( ok lng ba ideclare ito or hindi na kc utang pa din ung ibang balansi ?
3. 40 y.o. na pala ?
4.Meron na ako refussal on my immigrant application in canada in 2010 pa ? di ba maka apekto ito sa outcome ng SP application ?
5. Need ba ung Certificate Of Employment ? police clearance ? Ielts ( meron ako ielts before kaya lng expired na )
6. San ba puede makakuha ng sample SOP ?

Hi Canadianstudent! Welcome to the forum po.

1. Any course na related sa previous education or sa current job nyo po ngayon preferrably masteral kung bachelor po natapos nyo. Depende po kung aling school yung magugustuhan nyo pero make sure lang po na designated learning institution po yung school.

2. You may want to show money that is more than enough for your stay in Canada (tuition plus cost of living which is 10k CAD/year plus other expenses). Show all properties and investments that you have. Submit bank certificate/s and 4 months bank statement/s.

3. There is no age limit AFAIK.

4. It may affect your sp application but you can justify it with your SOP.

5. Yes, kung kayo po mismo ang magbabayad for your studies, para maipakita nyo po kung saan galing yung funds nyo. Yes, you have to submit a police clearance. Usually yung IELTS, sa school lang sya kailangan, hindi naman sya mandatory requirement ng CIC for sp application.

•Why are you not pursuing a similar program in your country of residence/citizenship?

•What ties do you have to your country of residence/citizenship?
•In the case of a minor applicant, what are your reasons for studying in Canada? What is your parents'/guardians' immigration status in their current country of residence?
•Provide details of your education history – dates when the course started and ended, the name and address of the school, the course taken, qualification/degree/certificate awarded for the course

Hi phynk and welcome to the forum!

You need to show money that could cover 1 year tuition plus cost of living for 1 year (10k CAD for the principal applicant which is you plus 4k CAD for the dependent which is your husband).

Hi,

I am from the Philippines but living in Austria (Europe). I am accepted to Conestoga College for PGD in Robotics and Industrial Automation. My husband who is an Austrian national will support me but will not come with me to Canada. My problem is one year lang validity ng spousal visa ko dito. Of course it can be renewed every year. Does that make problems with VO?

PS. I made a separate post pero i get no replies so hoping someone here may give me some opinions.
