bakit po yung nareceive ko na passport request is for temporary visa application ? iba pa po ba yung sa student permit passport request?

eto po yung nakalagay sa My CIC ko : " This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We
require your passport to finalize processing your application."

You should have TRV on your passport and then your study permit will be given on the POE. I think you will get along with your passport the introductory letter which you will show in POE to claim your study permit.

BTW, Post graduate ka ba? ano sinulat mo sa level of study? ktulad din ba ke scorpio college - certificate?

Profession: clinic nurse

planning to take up Disability studies sa bow valley college in alberta. Yearly tution fee is 12, 500 CAD plus and i only paid 1500 CAd for the letter of acceptance then pinakita ko yung receipt sa embassy

Employement history:
1 year experience as a nurse ( I submitted my COE, indicating na after 2 years of studying i will be returning back sa work and yung employer ko will expect me to be at work on april 2017) feeling ko eto din ang nagpalakas sa document ko since pinalagay ko sa employer ko yung leave date na pwede ako umalis ng clinic after 2 years para mag aral.

Proof of funds : I showed my sponsor's bank statement and bank certificate amounting of around 60 k UsD, I also submitted he's properties and assets as well. CoE ng sponsor ko and letter of accomodation and NOTARIZED affidavot of support..

sa sop ko nilagay ko sa first paragraph is my family details like work ng father ko and mother ko and yung number of dependents ng dad ko nilagay ko din sa first paragraph

Second paragraph are the connections of being a clinic nurse and disability nurse and bakit hindi pinahahalagahan yung disability patients dito sa pinas like lack of trained personnel to handle patient with disability as a result madami ang accident na nangyayari sknla and nag sabi din ako ng personal experience since i have a cousin na mentally challenge.

Third paragraph sinabi ko bakit sa abroad ako mag aaral ng disability nurse (wala kasi disability study course dito saten kaya ayun) and bakit hindi ako nag apply sa us, uk and australia since may ganung course din naman sila. Then sinabi ko na mas cheap kasi sa canada hehe

Fourth paragraph, my goals after graduation like babalik ako sa work na may position na then sinbi ko din na mag ppractice ulit ako being a nurse here.

fifth paragraph sinabi ko yung mga reasons as to why I choose Canada.

sixth paragraph, sinabi ko yung mga popular events sa calgary, like sabi ko gusto ko pumunta ng calgary stampede to shout heyaaa etc etc. Heheh

Tipsy, since yung akin is a post graduate diploma, ang pinili ko jan is college-diploma , yung iyo since post grad certificate piliin mo po yung college -certificate.

1. kaylan po best time to travel to Canada po? I mean kung august intake pwede na po ba bumyahe by end week of may?
2. ano po as maganda bayaran ko na mismo sa Canada yung remaining balance ko na $5000 CAD o habang nasa pinas pa ako bayaran ko na?
3. about sa proof of funds, ano po mostly pinapakita cash o manager's cheque? Im planning to bring $15,000 Cad plus 5k Cad to pay the remaining balance of my tution fee. okay na po ba yung $15,000 Cad if may last week ako aalis?

you can travel earlier as long as u can prove na u have enough money to stay. ex u have relative to stay with, sbhin mo lng ur gonna visit them and see toronto kung toronto ka. but i suggest dont say ur going to alberta kung ontario ka, they might think ur looking for employment.

its better to pay ur fees before leaving atlst u dont need to bring it with u. u can bring cash or cash draft but if its more than $10k u need to declare and show proof of source.

if u declare 5k i dont think they will ask u to show them but if u go earlier u have to show u can afford ur stay. either u show them ur cash, credit card or worst they will ask u to show ur bank online.

opo sir hehe actually isa siya sa reason kaya gatso ko pumunta doon sa bansa nila hehe pero di ko nilgay sa SOP ko un baka kasi marefuse ako pag nilagay ko un haha!
iniisip ko nalang yung fund na dadalhin ko kung magkano ung pde ko dalhin natatakot kasi ako magdala ng sobrang laking pera eh balak ko sana $15,000 kaso need pa ipadeclare yun nakakatakot lang hehe

Wow lang talaga.. Glad for you.. Ang sa akin, it's exactly 2 months today.. I applied Dec. 16.. Wala pa rin update 'til now.. Last email I recieved (just this weekend) was stated as: "There has been no update in your application since the last time you checked myCIC. Thank you for your patience." Hindi naman nila kinalimutan application ko siguro anuh? ;D Congrats ulit.. Yan na ang simula..
