Did you create new profile using new CIC account ? As my EE application is still in "processing update", I couldn't withdraw my EE application.g_singh76 said:I made a new profile, and it solved the issue. So, I think the issue is for old profiles.
If so many people are facing technical issues, then CIC shouldn't have next draw before resolving these issues.g_singh76 said:I made a new profile, and it solved the issue. So, I think the issue is for old profiles.
It may not be possible to confirm about the next draw time.. You never know what will happen. Ideally, I am not expecting CIC to have next draw without resolving these issues.shasai said:I think creating new profile would solve the problem, having said that we need to confirm the next draw time. Based on that we can hold some more time...
I believe we dont have draw tomorrow. Already 2 draws are completed in the month of November.
Any light on this..............
Thanks g_singh76 for your response.g_singh76 said:I made a new account and created a new profile, but I haven't put the Job Bank ID yet. I'm going to wait till they fix this problem. I just wanted to see why I couldn't see "Continue" button.
If you make a new profile, you can see continue button all the time, but there are still bugs in there. I accidently put 30 hours a week instead of 40 and my points were considerably less than my original points, and when I went back to correct it, it wasn't increasing my points. So, whatever the problem is, I think they will solve it before next draw.
Let just say; they are not gonna do it. Because who is stupid enough to do that if the majority of people can't even update their damn profiles. Their supervisor might be yelling at them as we speak. If they still do it, just have your Jack Daniels ready.dahuja7 said:It may not be possible to confirm about the next draw time.. You never know what will happen.
