Hi silverline,

yours and mine timeline is the same. Still no updates

Hi,

Is there a way to check the status of my application, I have not yet received AOR or medical request. IMy application has once been returned and I am curious to track it. I tried using 'check application status' but I am not sure what is the identification should I use to check the status. any information is appreciated. Thanks!

When did you send it back Sherry? I waited 33 days before I got AOR. Use your UCI number and check this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app= Fill out all the required field if you can't see anything then they have not uploaded it yet.

I sent my PCC without request and I sent an email couple days ago to know if they go it or not. This is what I got as a reply from CPP-O this morning:

"Dear Applicant,

Your documents have been received at our office.

Due to the high volume of correspondence received, we are unable to provide a status update to you. The officer responsible for your file will contact you if any action is required from you.

In the meantime, please ensure your information is kept up-to-date, particularly if there is a change in your marital status or in the event of a birth or death in your family. You must also advise this office of any change to your contact information, such as a change in your residential or e-mail address.

Thank you for your patience."

Hi Silverline,

Thanks for your info. I have resent my application on 28th January. I do not have UCI with me, is that a number from any of our application. I have not received any communication from CIC regarding this, even when they have returned it to me they have not sent any UCI. Can you please clarify from where can I know my UCI. Thanks in advance!

Hi Sherry, you are in Canada right? Once you make an application to Canada you are given a number which is unique to you and that number stays with you for life (Universal Client ID or Client ID Number) It is usually an eight digit number and it will appear on your TRV and work permit. Just look at the documents that you have. You also used it to apply for your PR I assume as the application would have asked you for it.

Hope that helps

Good that they responded Lilcysel, vaguely though. I wish they had more money to hire more people so it wouldn't take this long.

Thanks Silverline, it helps. I have checked it and it seems they have not uploaded or updated my information yet.

Becoz as i went through forums , it takes 3 to 4 month to get back to us after medical check. Hope this helps

Hi All,

I have received AOR finally and request for medicals, Can you please suggest the next steps. I am in Winnipeg, I have contacted both the panel physicians, both the calls went to voicemail. I left the message but nobody contacted me, Is there anybody who have done medicals in Winnipeg, if so can you please details how did you got the appointment and the steps you have undergone to make this step complete. Any information on this regard is very much appreciated.

Congratulations Sherry, sooo happy for you. Not sure if you got through already but I know someone that did theirs in Winnipeg. Dr. Martin Fogel across from St. Boniface hosp. The guy is super awesome and very fast. He does his stuff with you first then you go across to the next door to the lab and then downstairs for your xray. Leave a voicemail and he will get back to you. The wait can sometimes be a long one though for Winnipeg hopefully he is not too busy now.
