To know the specifics, you have to call IRCC and ask them!

Hello, It has been 8 months since I lodged my application for Permanent Resident. Until now, I did not get an approval or response. Inland and family application. Anybody on the same boat with Sydney Nova Scotia as their centralized processing office? Your insights will be very helpful. (I'm freaking out...)

Can a member of the parliament in my area help me follow thru?

I'm on the same boat. I've received my APR on 7th June, 2024 and medical was passed on September 15, 2024 . Till now my back ground chekc is in progress and they said Criminal check is in progress and Security is not yet initiated.

My PR is thriugh EE under Provincial nomination. They said 6 months is the processing time.

Hi! My application is for outland spousal visa. My centre is also Sydney. It has been more than 8 months since my AOR. My medicals and biometrics were submitted in June, 2024. I haven't heard anything since then. I applied for TRV on the basis of my AOR but it was rejected. Any suggestions or tips?
