Hi newborn,

Your status is in process now ?, what is the complete statement in your ecas detail ?

I found there are many meaning for in process statement.

FYI : I am still in RBVO (received by visa office), i am in MI2.

Hi Newborn!

Yes, you were right. OCSC is not a legal representative for Canadian PR as stated on cic.gc.ca.
But when i asked them this question, they said they are hiring a legal representative or you can say a legal immigration lawyer which has legal CSIC number.
You can check the CSIC number. And it is legal / chosen representative.
Therefore, i choose to use their service.
And they charge you arount 3k :-(

Newborn, when you decided to withdraw / disengaged your application from OCSC, did they return your money?

Medical Request
I got an email from OCSC explaining when to do Medical Check Up.
You need to go to the appointed Medical Practitioner selected by CIC.
Maybe OCSC got the formal letter from CIC.

Newborn, you should wait.
CIC will send you letter / email asking your MR.
You were in the right track!!!

Cheers,

Hadikin

Hi sigelopisan,

All you need to send are diploma and transcript from your university or college. Legalize it first to your university or co. They can translate your need into english. No need to send sd, smp and sma diploma.

Br,

Kentoo

Hello Kentoo,

Thanks, I'm a bit relieve now.

I have another question (geezz... everytime I got one answered, another doubt appear)

National IDs, family/household registry/book (if applicable)
I suppose I will need to translate my KTP and KK and included in my application. Am I right?

Also, how you send your application to Sydney, Nova Scotia? by DHL? how much it cost?? haha... I guess around $100 or more? :o

Hello friends who answer my questions. Thank you very much.

Yes, I'm plan to wait for NOC release on early July. Right now, I'm preparing my documentation and make sure everything OK.

Right now, I'm asking my former employer to redo my recommendation letter to put salary and job desc. Question remain, how should the letter's date appear? should it back-dated or just put the date they print my letter?? (really confuse)

I'm not plan to use any agency as I also know that they will charge around 3K upto 4.5K

Sorry guys, I bumped this question here.

Still got the question on how should I ask my former employee to redo my employement letter? should I backdated it or just put the date they print the letter (which is now)?

Hadikin,

I didn't bother to ask OCSC for refund, I just shut off their selected Immigration Consultant, with an official letter to Singapore Visa Office, and ask SGVO to route all the correspondants on relate to my application to my mailing address and avoid OCSC address at Singapore.

OCSC had been helpful in filling out our application form and giving guideline on regards to reference letter format required by CIC.

After which, every other asisstance will cost me extra pot. I have paid them SGD 3500 for their fees and addtional Rp 1 Juta for legalization and any notary related area, the deal was for SGD 4000.....Not recommended once you figure out the step.

They have let go their only legal representative in Canada for certain reason, and left the undergoing clients stay in the area of uncertainty.

But thanks for sharing info with me.

I had taken the steps to obtain FBI RECORD under their advice.

As to what happen to our application during waiting time, they can not help you.

No, I didn't translate my KTP, just sent them the xerox copy. But I didn't attach my KK in my application.

Frankly, I am using lawyer for my application, so i didn't know how much the document delivery cost. I just sent my application to their representative office in here.

Hope this help.

Newborn,

I aggre with you about using consultant. They can help you lot in filling the document but the rest is up to the system. Once you submitted the application you just could wait and see the games roll.

Btw, success to your process.

Br,

Kentoo.

Hi hadikin,

Could you share your medical process ?

1. Which dmp that you used ?
2. How much they cost you ? Adult and kids ?
3. How long you wait from medical sent until you received your ppr ?

Thanks b4.

Hi Kento,

My Medical Process:
After getting an email from my consultant, I directly go to Medikaloka Clinic in Kuningan.
I remember they gave me time limit to complete the all the remaining steps!
Why medikaloka in Kuningan Jakarta? They have appointed the clinic for the people who wants to go to canada.
It's some sort of partnership between them and the CIC.

You have to make an appointment first, just call them and inform them that you are going to have a medical check up over there.
And they will ask you which country to go ? Just answer CANADA.
Later on they will ask you to bring photograph, documents, etc.. and make sure to bring them all.
You choose the date and they will inform you the availability.

It's simple process!
They gonna take your blood sample. Have an chest x-ray.
And doctor will analyze (asking you questions) in his room.
Frankly, it's a 3-4 hours time include waiting time.

Cost?
For an adult it will cost you around Rp. 700.000 - 800.000 per person.
And i don't know for kids.
Oh ya, one more thing, you should pay an extra DHL bills (pay together with your medical check up cost), it's for the fee delivering your medical result directly to Canada ( In my case , they forward to Singapore )

You will have your medical result by tomorrow or two days later.

Waiting time from Medical Sent to PPR!
Around 1 month.
If they ask your passport, then it's a very good response.
and you were in the right track.

Welcome to canada, i guess!

Cheers,

Hadikin

Hi newborn,

No, I didn't use ocsc. Same reason with you, because legally they cannot represent us.

Hi hadikin,

Thanks for your information. I just think to use medikaloka services to do my medical when I received my MR.

Thanks friends.

Br,

Kentoo

all the best for your applications ... :D

Hi Hadikin,

How did you received your maple leave stamp on your passport from SGVO. Did they send it by regular registered mail or on a more secure courier such as TIKI or DHL? Can We request them to send our return passport with the visa stamp with DHL or TIKI on our expense?

Also, did your IP changed before MR was sent to you?

Lastly, how long, did it take SGVO to send you your Stamped passport after your mailed out your PPR?

Thanks before hands for the info.

Regards,

NEWBORN
