Yes I have an email with three forms attached to it and the it is mentioned that it is a formal invitation to submit application.

Or dis you specifically state "PEI" in your EE profile.

So I was going through the forum as well, actually I also got an invitation to sumit formal application for PEI and I just submitted it. They told me that they would get back to me within a week.

I am currently in ON and working here. I just wanted to make sure I understand this PEI PNP EE process clearly, would i be moving to that Province after I get the PR trhough PEI PNP under the EE stream?

Any suggestions would be helpful to make up my mind.
