Any update about the pointing system?

I am trying re-submit my application documents since I got caught with the 38-list requirement.
Anyway, just wanna make that there's no changes with the way the calculate the points. If there's
any please...post a comment.

There is the change to IELTS but that change came about in Nov 2008.

A recent addition is the checklist that has to be at the top of your application and items mentioned to be checked off. You can download from immigration website.

what u mean by got caught? can u plz give more detail if u dont mine? coz i m planning to apply/send application this week for FSW/38 List.

'got caught' means I hold my application because of the new rule '38-list', until I gathered all the necessary docs.
