100 %. If you are residing in same address. Even if you change address in the same city you will get PCC instantly.
I took from Chandigarh PSK & for my wife from Ambala psk - Got it on same day.
PS - Our address were same as mentioned on Passport

One last question- (it might be very specific to my case) - I have submitted my application (ARN) for PCC and booked an appointment and meanwhile I got my and my wife's passport renewed under Tatkaal scheme for addition of spouse name and change of address. I have rescheduled the PCC appointment but the saved application still contains our last/(now cancelled) passport details like passport number, date of issue and date of expiry etc. Do I create a new application and book a fresh appointment or would the previously booked appointment would work fine?
