Any thing going to be change soon??

I am ready to apply in May. The delay is because of IELTS and couple of other personal reasons,

wondering if any of rules going to change soon? my occupation is IT and NOC-0213. I was reading several places that soon CIC going to take it out NOC-0213?

Is there some one who has authentic information this this regard?

There has been no concerete information published on website. I thinkno one can guess it but you may get different opinion from each individual

It is wise if you can apply sooner. No one knows. Any change might happen.

Usually major policy changes would be announced, if not a yr, at least 6-8 months in advance.

Even though its a rumor until now, I guess its the panicked imaginary anticipation due to the huge number of 0213's applications are reaching to CIO's office. Only yesterday a CSIC certified consultant published an ad in local tv media that Investor program amount could be doubled. we are FSW's , so keep cheering.
