Good Morning

My situation is a very common in the forum.
I'm not claiming any points for my spouse work experience and we can't get a reference letter as per cic requirements.

I read that some members are advising to not included it in the application and mention it in the personal history.

Did someone got rejected because of that?

No, this is not a reason for rejection, people who have done this have already got PPR, so its safe to not mention work experience in spouse work history but mention it in personal history.

Its perfectly fine not to declare in experience if you are not claiming any points just mention in your personal history.

I had this similar case and have received a PPR.

If the work history is written in the express entry profile section of the spouse (not claiming the points though) then also it is not required to fill the work experience ?

Are you receiving points for your spouse in Pre-ITA form? If not then you are fine and don't need to worry about for post-ITA form.

If you are receiving points in pre-ITA and think you cannot get reference letters for your spouse then it is better to exclude it as your CRS score will reduce and might lead to rejection at a later stage.

Hope I understand your query correctly and my reply helps you.

Good luck.
