I guess you have to answer YES for both!ssd said:hey everyone,
I rcvd ITA on 27th November and I am unsure if both the below questions will have the same answer . The first time I applied for US visitors visa it got rejected but second time I got it for 10 years.
Has XXX you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Has XXX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:
You are eligible under FSW (Just checked your points, you are getting 68/100). Well, guess you are doing something wrong :dchadha said:Hi guys!
Seek your help to understand why my profile showing ineligible when initial assessment says I'm eligible.
IELTS Score is L=7.5, R=8, S=7, W=7 Overall=7.5
ECA says Bachelors Degree 4 years (i.e. Masters in economics as per my home ccountry)
Work experience= 13 years (Finance, accounts receivables manager, credit & collections manager)
Age=38 years
Firstly, I'm not sure which subject to select as Economics is not available as option in the selection criteria. If I select Arts general or humanities, this is not matching with my job experience.
Please help!!
Thanks
Your spouse's work experience does not count if it was not gained in Canada. You can safely remove all such experience from the Employment history section and retain it only in the personal history section.ThiagoSCF said:Guys, after I receive ITA do I have to provide reference letters for all my spouse's employers as well?
Thanks mate!rajkamalmohanram said:Your spouse's work experience does not count if it was not gained in Canada. You can safely remove all such experience from the Employment history section and retain it only in the personal history section.
Please note that if you mention any employment in the Employment History Section (whether it awards you points or not), you must submit a reference letter in the format required by CIC. That is why, it is wise to discard all employment details that do not award any points from the employment section.
correct the date to December 2013, as your CRS score is not impacted, this is not a problem and you are not giving any false information anyway.Jasbhatia said:Hi,
I made a mistake on my EE profile for job starting date. I started working there in December 2013 but accidentally put in November 2013. I got the ITA for the draw in December, so still have 2 years of experience and my CRS will remain the same even if I change the date on my application now but I am worried If this is an excuse for them ro refuse my application.
In November 2013 I was a full time stident in Canada so I was not working full time.
Any suggestions will help!
