My father has applied for visitor visa on 9th March and completed bio-metrics on 14th. Still he has not received any information. We already booked his ticket.

Hello group, I have applied for visitor visa online for my parents in India. How long does it take post biometrics for the processing. on website it says 7 days. Is that correct? Do they keep the passports with them at VAC during biometrics for stamping?
