Yours is so quick to have PPR, it's barely almost a month after your medical. You're lucky and Im happy for you.

We are still waiting for the PPR, the same with summer11. It's almost 2 months now since we have done our medical and no update yet from Sydney VO. As we are getting closer, sometimes we lost our patience. LOL.

But still lots of things to thanks Above for we are still on the race to the finish line. It will just come.

Good luck to Australiatocanada who will be leaving soon and please keep us updated those who are left behind in the southern hemisphere.

Mate thanks for wishes . And I firmly believe by they grace of God you will get your PPR request very soon . However, today is 15 th day to submited my passport but did not hear from them . Let's see what happen quite stressed . I belive you will get your request in a week of two coz this is current trend in all VOs.

Please share here if anyone who cannot access ECAS. I tried to access ECAS today but to no avail.

No info from CIC why ECAS is inaccessible. Let's just solve the puzzle.

Regarding 457 visa.
This is a 4 years work permit and the applicant has to work for 2 yrs with his employer.

This is basically a 3 step process:

Business Sponsorship
Nomination
Visa Application

For Business sponsorship, the following documents are required from your employer:

ABN registration certificate
BAS statement for the last 12 months
Business tax return for the last financial year
Lease agreements
Profil and Loss statement of the last financial year
Organizational chart mentioning the number of employees working in the business.
Letter of support from Accountant

If the business is operating less than a year, then you definitely has to submit the Business Plan to the DIAC describing the next 3 years financial projections of the business.


The above documents are required for 1st step.

"Medical Results have been received" line was added to ECAS some 7.5 weeks ago.

My OZ address has re appeared in ECAS today.

what does this mean ?

Should i expect PPR soon ?

Is security clearance through ?

Please shed some light.

Hi Chotti ,

Yes this street is right in the heart of the Sydney city . You will have no problem to find it . And very best of luck for your interview . Just make sure you have full command on events and dates like when u joine your firm ,when you finished your study , all family events. And what u do at work ie ur JD et . Rest God will help you .
