What do you need to know about that? It would be good if you are more specific about your doubts.saleenavadiwala said:Can u guys guide me about police clearence and Proof of funds, As i am going to apply through sydney but my docs are not ready yet. Thanks Farizafariza said:I know how frustrating it is to keep waiting......................
@ sukh you can see my time line... mine one went "In process" in 6 weeks after the second AOR....but since then I am stuck for nearly 8 months in "In -process"!!
Its seems taking more time to clear the queue for initial paper based eligibility and point check to make the E cas change to "In process"
@ dharmsingh
Probably processing not necessarily start after the expiry of 120 days... As far as I know (you can see the quorax post on background check for more clarification) after the second AOR a paper based point check done to find a file eligible for further processing (In process) which is called visa office illegibility review.... it depends on work load/Queue of concerning CHC and and the BF (bring forward) date...
Anyway good luck for both of you... pl remember me in ur prayers too
Well I am also waiting for more than 10 weeks since I sent addnl docs following my interview and its been 10 months of passionate waiting since my status changed to in process (since Feb 2010)........ I also considered to send them a mail but thought to wait a bit further... It seems Sydney office is keeping quiet for some reason and hope all of us will have our desired response from them soon.VictoriaM said:Hi guys,
Six weeks have passed since the date of my medical examination. Heard nothing from Sydney office.
Should I send them a email regard this??? Please advise!!!
Yes it seems not a case specific but for a common CIC specific delay..... could be due to their piling workload.... or cross over intended annual quota or for some other reason we can't presume!!!dasalcedo said:The same for me. I did the medicals the first week of August, sent additional documents on 20 of September and still waiting for PPR......
