Any one from Quebec 2014/2015/2016 Parents sponsorship case

Hello!
In my case Immigration Canada sent my mom 2 separate emails.
1)request to send them copy of CSQ, copy of police security certificate by e-mail. (by replying to this email). They also requested to pay fees (490 per person) and send them a receipt on special email mentioned. (45 days to do this)
2)They also sent medical exam request to my mom's e-mail. And asked to complete the exam in 30 days.
I went to see the status of my application online. It says they started to process my application on August 18th. I got their requests on Sept 16th.
I have different situation: I still don't have my CSQ, because I applied only on Sept 1st.

Hi, I didn't understand it fully. So did you apply under parents sponsorship 2016 from Quebec? If that's the case. You 1st got the request for medical from CIC without even applying for CSQ?

Yes I applied under 2016 sponsorship for Quebec.Naqvee said:

At the same time, on Sept 16th we received an email from CIC asking to do medical exam. I checked my application status and it says CIC started to process my application on Aug 18th.
So I'm not sure if I will get my CSQ on time. My deadline to send CSQ to CIC is November 1st. I called Immigration Quebec and they said they are now working on applications received in July.
