    What you mean by "bring"? You send its copy with your initial application or you don't send it. If the old passport's copy hasn't been send, you don't need to bring to for the interview. They study all your documents beforehand.

    My oath letter says to allow 3 hours!!! When my friend had an oath with other 400 people it took them an hour and a half to register everybody before ceremony!
