i got letter from chc london on 18 october for new bank draft,then i send on 1 november 2010, from london,then i got massage from chc london that embassy still waiting for my bank draft mean misplace from chc london ,and 2 months gone and no reply from chc london]

thanks for information, but i want to let you know that our procedure is based on following rule

Applicants need to ……

• Apply for police station concerning PC requirement.
• After all verification they issue the PC to ministry of foreign affairs
• Ministry of foreign affairs fax the pc to its respected embassy( e.g. He has faxed my PC to our origin embassy in London)
• Finally they are giving the reference number of Fax for applicants, so applicant need to send same reference number with the brief explanation to requested authority or embassy to inquire his PC from his origin embassy at that country
So you can imagine how complicated procedure is

i am waiting for my nomination and in my federal form for background i hav egiven 3 diffent address in pakistan, shall i get the certificate from all three district or one will be enough.and i heard that i ahve to send that certificate somewhere in islamabad.
pleas guid me in this matter coz i dont want to leave it for last moment

Dear Brothers

Please do not confuse other about the Police Certificate, Just go to DPO Legal Branch (District Police Officer or old version SP Office) with your original passports DPO will issue you a temporally Police Clearance Certificate the same you have to take to SHO (your local police station) they will check your record and will stamp the same , after that you take back to DPO office again and they will issue the Police Clearance Certificate which will be mentioned that this is issue on the request of Canadian High Commission Islamabad and it is for Immigration purpose only and the validity is 90 days only, so the same (Original PC ) you should sent to CHC London along with your application.
it is same procures and mentioned on Check list of Visa Office Specific form, nothing to go through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at least that is not the way to send PC to Canadian High Commission, may be to other Europeans Embassy, I am writing this on 3-4 personnel experiences

Does anybody know when CHC London is going to start procesing the Quebec and provincial nominess transferred files, which were transferred on 30th June 2010.

Hi All,

i applied through SINP, i am nominated from the province (Saskatchewan) and i submit my PR application and work permit application at the same time to CHC london and my documents received on 3 oct 2010 according to my courier service but i still didn't get anything from them not even a confirmation of receiving documents. yes i have a job offer letter but my employer didnt mention when he wants me to get start. what u guys will say about my processing time according to ur experience

You have to get Police Certificate from all three district, if you have spent a period of at least six months in each of these district.

I had to do the same when asked by CHC.

hi asad in my knowledge u have to send immigration file to london office and work permit file to islamabad office bcz CHC islamabad is processing study, work or visit visa so i think your work permit file may return from london office and you have to submitt it to islamabad one of my friend got work permit on SINP basis last day almost three months later but can't say about ur immigration timeline

thanks for your answer bro but i submit my work permit application with my PR application and the letter that i have attached with my application in that they mention to submit my application in CHC london and i think Islamabad office is only dealing with visit and study visa. well lets see what happen coz i am still waiting for their response. thanks again.
