Any one from Pakistan apply to London office as Provincial Nominee

to Auhassan and lhr-montreal
both of u are right about file transfers on june 30 2010 from Islmabad to London and receiving no response. i have also tried to aproach managers of SINP Saskatchewan, (David Li and Tracy Davies) trhough email and requested them to aproach the designated honourable officers London, Uk regarding this issue, but have not received any reply from them. I think that more people need to come forward and aproach directly to London office and make them realize that they should look into files forwarded by Islamabad on June 30 2010 instead of those that they received directly which were sent after our applications.

Good News for PNP transferred files:

One person in my locality received Medical from London Office and his file was transferred from Isb to Ldn.
He is a SINP Nominee and applied as per his words two and half years ago.

Where as I have submitted my application as SINP Nominee 27 Months ago and my file is also transferred to Ldn. Lets see what happens.

I think this issue has to be raised that the files transferred on 30th june are untouched. And some of the applicants have even passed 18 months and applied in June 2009 to CHC Islamabad.

AINP Family Stream Nomination:
Complete application submitted during May 2009 at CHC Islamabad,
Case transfer to CHC London on 30th June 2010.,
Still no response except that :
CHC London confirmed that they have received my application which is awaiting for review.

my cousin got SINP approvel yesterday through the e-mail, I think they are sending the approvel letter now onward through the e-mail, he applied his application in Apr-2010 and got nominated yesterday, I hope CIC london will do the same i means fast track

I am a quebec selected immigrant and my file is also transferred to CHC London on 30th June and i applied in July 2009. Lets see when we the provivcial candidates will get the medicals.

Yes montreal sorry for delayed response

Yes he applied on federal level two and a half years ago to Islamabad Office. He received medical and RPRF request

It seems that Provincial Nominee Cases that have been transferred to London during June 2010, will start getting response (Medicals+RPR) during the month of Feb 2011, and may be decided up till June-July 2011 (If every thing goes normal) .

He was not asked updated forms. And he received Medical a week ago
