Yeah u r right bcz residence matter for lvo like mian noman is Pakistani but living in uk so his case finalize soon as well as smile -2good is also Pakistani but living Uae so his case has almost same time like mian noman. But i m Pakistan and also living in Pakistan so my case taken long time as compare to all.

Dear Brother, i have received my PPR1 on 31st July but later they sent others PPR1 & PPR2 together. I reviewed the same request of my wife's brother who has already submitted his passport to Candian High commission Islamabad yesterday. His AoR received in July 2013.

I am waiting for PPR-2 hopefuly in this week or next week will receive InshaAllah.

In my case, i got ppr-1 and ppr-2 together for me and my spouse as well. I had submitted via email passports copies and updated information chat to London. After that i have submitted my original passport, pics and email print in Islamabad office. While my husband has submitted his original passport,pics and email print in London office.
So if u have any further confusion then u can send me that mail in personal message.

Friends... pnp check list... no.18 says... include 2 self addressed labels..
It meana i shud just type my details n take its print out or they want me to send 2 envelopes printed with my address...
I believe they need the prints only nt the envelopz.. but its better to gt the guidance..

Regarding 1st question about manitoba, sani can answer you because he is Manitobian..
