Thanks Ume Rayan

In my case I thinks its nothing to do with new Delhi , because all my previous latter and Medical was sent directly to CHC LONDON visa office, so I am sure my mail (medical report ) should be in LVO , to just have a better idea I will explain again the history of all my medical process:

1.

In Jan 2012 first time a routine medical for myself and family was done by DR N Farah at Ali clinic Islamabad and sent to CHC London I have the tcs tracking record

2.

In Feb I received a letter through regular mail from CHC LVO ask me since my x ray are not clear , so I should do sputum test, so that test was done by the same DR and sent to LVO in March, I have the TCS tracking number.

3.

In Jun 2012 a similar letter through regular mail sent to me that myself, my sputum test is negative , but x ray are still not clear, so I should do six months TB Course, so DR put me on six months TB course thought that I have no TB, its just the x ray have some little spats and after six months DR sent a complete report that all the course of TB is done and I have no singe of TB O

4.

That report was sent in Jan 2013 and received on 4th of Feb at LVO as per TCS tracking number, but 2 days ago LVO send me e-mail asking that they are still waiting that final report after the completion of the TB course.

5.

Yesterday I sent a email to LVO with reference of TCS tracking number and requesting them to check in their office for my missing report, and same time I approached the Dr in case she can help me to resend the copy of that test, but she refused, now I am hoping that LVO will find my mail in their office.

Thanks again for your kind world.

Yes I got your point that New Delhi is not at all responsible in your case & actual culprit is CHC, London. :)

You should send a print out of DHL tracking record & payment receipts to them via courier too.

InshaAllah they'll be able to locate your reports after your assurance that you did your part already.

Hope you hear soon from them.

Regards

Dear Ume Rayan , Imran and other fellows
I completed my medical and sent requested documents to LVO.They ask me to fill generic form. In generic form I wrote Islamabad Pakistan under this question (visa office requested to process your application) as I was written this when I submitted my documents to cio. After sending my documents I remember that my visa office is London. I belong to Pakistan. Now my question is will visa office ask me to fill this form again with correct visa office or should I send this form again with correction or should I wait for their response.
Thanks

Dear Friends,

Anyone Received Visas and COPR recently or today. My pps and docs through Tcs were received at Isb on 14th march 2013 by Danish Desp and iam still waiting for the Visas and COPR.

Waiting for your replies.

Thanks.

Information to all London VO applicants:

We only reply to case status
enquiries if the processing time shown on www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca (not
www.cic.gc.ca) has passed. If you've submitted new information, we'll
update your file without replying.

Processing times for PNP applications as stated on the London VO website states 6 months for PNP applications http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/processing-traitement.aspx?view=d , so no point in sending a CSE until you application has been in London for more than 6 months, by which time you should have had your MR Sad

Dear fellows from Pakistan,

Need your valuable suggestion as CIO has returned my PNP application back to me mentioning incorrect method of fee payment. I am from Pakistan and submitted my fee in Standard Chartered Bank Islamabad on the payment slips provided by bank but CIO did not accept this method. Can you pls suggest how should i submit my application fee from Pakistan.

I mean how can i prepared a bank draft in Canadian dollars?
Do a bank account in foreign currency will be required?

Kindly suggest as i have to resend my application to CIO-Sydeny NS ASAP.

Thanks

Hi

I don't think that they'll ask you to re-submit that form just for one minor mistake. So don't worry, many applicants do this mistake and got AOR successfully.

Hopefully you'll get stamped PP back within this month. It usually take 10-15 days to get it back.

On which airline are you planning to go? Kindly share its charges as well because it would be beneficial to all of us. Your destination in CA?

Oh that is too bad. Standard Chartered Bank should have told you that they are not eligible to receive processing fees of Permanent Resident Applicants.

You are suppose to send your fees via Bank draft which should be in Canadian dollars & it should be in favor of "Receiver General for Canada".

You can easily get this draft from Money Exchangers like Dollar East, Money Gram & A & A Exchangers as these three are most authentic. Their drafts are ALWAYS accepted without any issues. No need to open a foreign currency account.

They know it very well to how to make a draft for processing fees. You just need to go to them, buy required dollars from them, & afterwards they'll give you a draft in CAD within next couple of days. They'll charge you Rs.1200 - 1500 for a draft.

I hope it helps.
